    New Ticket Information

The word is over 40,000 tickets are now sold and from what ticket master is telling me that all $40 and $70 tickets are sold. If this is really true I don't know. It came up as being all sold out. The upper deck looks like it is being sold for $25 and they are all general admission tickets with no specific seat. If this is true its good news that those seats higher up are reasonable priced. I think with this approach they really could sell the place out with a nice day on sunday.

Unbelievable, I called the Revs and they said only the upperdeck was remaining. 5 minutes later, ticketmaster has 2 seats for me in sec. 142!

Needless to say that I was pleased with that!

41 K sold as of this afternoon. At this rate they may hit 60 K.

I got my additional tickets via Fed Ex today. Thanks Revs front office - this was an unexpected good deed.

If they could hit 60K by sat night, that would be unreal. I doubt it would happen, 52k is more realistic.

Just spoke to a REVs ticket agent who said they have sold > 45,000. All that are left are third deck general admission and club seating ($80/seat).

These attendance threads should now be closed as it looks like we will in fact have a sellout for the game on Sunday. With 45000 seats sold we are 23000 from a sellout. With 7500 selling today and 7500 selling tomorrow, look for a decent size walk up and the place will be rocking :-0

Ha untill I go to the game and see the place packed, I won't believe anything that I am hearing. Boards like these keep making the people reading them get the word out so more tickets are sold too.

Just got back from my second trip to the ticket office in two days. From the seating chart they were using it looks like only the north side of the third deck has been opened for sale. They may be trying to fill that up before opeing the other side.

If they sell out the north side and sell tickets for the south side then couldn't people just go sit on the south side that bought tickets really for the north side since they are all general admission tickets?

There are two different types of $25 tickets. Originally, the endzone seats were $25 but they went pretty quickly last weekend. These were discounted to $18 for season ticket holders and $15 if a season ticket holder had a group of 20 or more.

Now the only seat, other than $80 club seats, are the third level general admission seats. These are being sold for $25 and discounted to $20 for season ticket holders.

I dont know, just five minutes ago, I was able to get tiks in section 134 or 128. Those are $70 seats. You never know whats there, so keep trying ticketmaster.com to try to get lower level seats, eventually, they'll come up!
And sorry Lufty, there is not going to be a sellout for this one. Maybe a 57k record breaker but thats it. Though it would be realll cool to see 68k there.

    GA "seat" number as indicator...

I bought some General Admission tix yesterday for some late commitments through T-master.

(Yeah, I know - I waived the $5.00 discount given for season ticket holders, but I used the online printoff feature, rather than having to deal with lines on Sunday.)

Now, they're General Admission, so there's no assigned seating (ummm.. that's redundant), but they do have a "seat" number... I'm guessing this is just a general counting number, since it was sequential for the group. I bought yesterday around 3:00ish and wound up with the last umber in the series being 42. Guessing that was the 42nd GA ticket sold.

(Kinda wish I had #1, just to say it was the first "Upper Deck GA ticket ever sold in the entire history of Gillette Stadium!!!")

If anyone else has used the print-service on GA tickets... what number are we up to?

That might give us an idea where we're at in sales.

Yea everybody on the Rev Radio and columns I am reading they keep saying around 50k will be there. I would think 60K would be the final number.

Happy to hear high numbers being tossed around. Hope everyone gets their early so they don't have to sit on route 1 and miss the start of the match.

teskicks - will you be in 108 or with the group elsewhere?

Look like ticket sales might be slowing down now because this morning it was reported 45K are sold and tonight the Revs radio said the same thing, looks like it might be stuck in that 45k area now.

Given the weather forecast is looking a lot like today's weather and it's a home match for the Revs, I'd be disappointed if there weren't 60K in house Sunday.

I will be in 108 with my younger son. My older son will be in the second level with 30 of his high school teammates.

See you there I hope. Can't wait.

Jonathan Kraft confirmed 50K+ on the radio this morning. I won't mention which show he was on because those soccer bashers don't deserve to be mentioned.
