Ticket resales

Mine says "ticket sold" next to both my name and my guest's name.

 

Why there is no tickets to the final?

I see a lot of fans that want to resale the final game.

 

So my ticket has been sold but not my guests' tickets? Geez. I hope the other three sell. Otherwise FIFA will probaly claim I can't pick up the guests' tickets as I am no longer an applicant/ticket holder. Very stange how FIFA works.

 

Sold: 2x Match 9 - Netherlands v Denmark (cat3)
2x Match 3 - Argentina v Nigeria (cat3)
Just sold 2x: Match 44 - Cameroon v Netherlands (cat3)

Still up for sale (2x all Cat3): Match 13 - Côte d Ivoire v Portugal

Match 25 - Netherlands v JaPAN

 

They are selling fast now, it appears. Of my four matches, all category one, four tickets each: 9, 16 and 29 are all sold. Match 20 has one out of four tickets sold. Anyone else have a partial sale like that? Interestingly enough, since one of my guest's tickets sold, I can no longer reclaim any of them.

Edit: Hah, I see lots of people getting this, nm. I would note that at least with match 20 category one the tickets are still listed as available on the website. I might be more concerned if they turn red and mine still hasn't sold.

 

They seem to be releasing tickets in batches at some unknown interval - maybe even unknown to them, lol. I imagine once they do release the resales, they will go quickly.

 

Why's that? You holding Chile v. Honduras tickets?

 

Chile v Switzerland at Port Elizabeth and Switzerland v Honduras at Bloemfontein. I'd love the games if I was there (hell, I even bought Tunisia v Saudi Arabia AND Iran v Angola in Germany) but can't see them selling. One remaining game in Cape Town, two in Durban, and Ghana v Germany in Soccer City are more promising.

Sorry to ask, but could you be so kind to tell me:
1) Which day have you put them to resale?
2) How many of those tickets have you resold?
3) Which phase have you bought them (I or II)?

glad to see qf tix resell. i still have my 2 x cat 1 match 60, but hopefully they will sell soon.

Thanks for that! I've only been checking "Summary" tab but now checking "My tickets" tab it says "Ticket Sold".

For stats:

Sold: 2 x Match 39 (Germany-Ghana) CAT1
Put them up for sale April 21, they sold sometime around April 27 - today

 

4x cat 2 for Match 8 - Serbia v Ghana sold

Anyone notice if you put two for sale and they are sold the other two cannot be put up for sale?

Ghana v Germany and France v Uruguay sold today, to go with Italy v Paraguay yesterday.

Spain v Switzerland in Durban NOT sold, despite it now going back to unavailable. My other game in Durban hasn't sold either.

I'm not expecting my last two in Bloemfontein and Port Elizabeth to sell.

Strange, but I'm as excited about selling these tickets as I was about getting them in the first place.

 

Still for resale:

4 x Cat 1 Match 53 R16 in Durban
3 out of 4 Cat 1 March 58 QF in Soccer City

My ticket to Match 58 is listed as resold but my 3 guests' tickets are still "tickets to resale." As a result I can't recall the resale now that one ticket has sold but for some reason my other tickets have not been resold. Why would FIFA sell the applicant's ticket first? I noticed the only seating blocks with three tickets available right now for Match 58 don't have three tickets together. How can three of my block of four tickets not be sold at this point?

 

I have exactly the same issue. One ticket sold for game 59 - the applicants - while the other 3 tickets remain unsold. I'll let you know (and you let me know) what happens to the others - our games will sell but it could affect a lessor game where you have 3 tickets left over you want to recall but you can't. Could be interesting.

 

Apparently, it seems like most people overlooked this. Only one other person has mentioned something about it.

In post #220, GB1204 says that it was a Cat 2 South Korea.

 

Sweet, all mine are now sold. Now to wait until next Fall to get reimbursed.

 

I put 1 single guest ticket up for 5 different games.
For 4 of these games my guest ticket appears to have sold but the 'my tickets' tab says that I've sold 9 tickets for each of these games, 2 of the games were Cat 1's and the refund due says 1,440 USD for what was one ticket!. At the moment the total refund coming my way is 4,680 USD, which will more or less pay for my entire trip. Obviously this is a mistake, wondering if anyone else has experienced anything similar?

For the games that I have sold I no longer have the option to sell the ticket allocated to me, is this normal?
