Do you know if the Burn are the western confrence team rumored to be in talks with the revs, who need another defender with Llamosa out long-term? If we trade a higher salaried player like a Talley, that would open up more money for a Reyes or a Figueroa, right? Also, should we read anything into Eck's continued presence at practice? Does he know what's up with the Posse?
well a few wins do a lot. actually its cause the list of practices comes out Monday. Tuesday the Burn practiced in Midlothian.. like anyone is gonna go there. Wednesday was an off day. SO thursday at the cotton bowl was the first legit day to go see them/ Unless media 'buzz' was supposed to be a joke on my name.
possibly tuesday. Yes I know and no it was not Dallas. I think that rumor is a bit overblown, although certainly Revs need a defender. Sure, but I think it may be too early for that. It would be better to see if a glaring need developes through injury or some other casuse. Money for Reyes is there now when you include a player that would have to be released. Talley is a very versitle player who can fill in several spots. With along season, possible injuries, open cup games, callups, and even some Sun/Wed/Sun sets Talley is gonna have to play in a couple spots probably. Eck is there to get fit to play for Austin Posse. Eck still has his day job, this Ausitn thing is a side project for him. Next time I see him I will ask him wha tis up with that team
