Thanks for the PM Joel... Same here. I religiously re-up my membership every year just for this reason. I'm thinking of picking a few shows out of the following: Buffalo (saw them there in '95) Albany Boston NYC NYC (I'm thinking I have to go to the last show of the tour!!)
This news made my morning. 3stripe and i will probably at least hit the show in indy/noblesville at the verizon center (though we all know its still named deer creek)...And hopefully we will hit one in Cinci, Cbus, otr Chicago.
Do you think they will try to prevent tenclub members from buying tickets to many (or all) shows just to give/sell to friends, fellow fans, or ebay?
On the flip side, I personally hope not, because a friend of mine who's in 10-club was going to get me tickets to a show near me.
Damn!!!! The May 3 show is a couple of days before finals week. Hopefully I will be back in Maryland for the July 1 show.
yeah, ed won't like that obviously. i'm not trying to get anyone pissed off. even if it's too late for good seats, then I'll still get first shot at tour cds as well as xmas single.
Quick article on the tour from Reuters: http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&u=/nm/20030124/music_nm/leisure_pearljam_dc_3
It'd be great if we could have a president that could play all of van halen and all of black sabbatha and all... of course, touring would take a back seat to the country's needs, but what the ************. this many people, you could start a revolution. And of course... "here's another singalong for you all" into Lukin from the news article: The band expects to announce opening acts next week, and add a handful of other U.S. dates over the next month. Also they expect the set lists to concentrate on Riot Act, but keep an ear out for some rareities from the back cataloge.
Sat 21 June: East Troy, WI Alpine Valley Music Center Sun 22 June: Nobelsville, IN Verizon Wireless Music Center Tues 24 June: Columbus, OH Polaris Amphitheater do i dare? the first two are cake the third will be interesting... and ************ chambana... ass hall is the worst venue in the world
we need to start a revolution and vote McCready for President. Just wait until you get to the show. from the columbus dispatch (i'd post a link, but it was well buried in the print edition) Pearl Jam to perform at Polaris Polaris Amphitheater won't announce the full lineup for its 10th-anniversary season for several weeks, but it has announced one show: Pearl Jam will perform at 8 p.m. June 24th. The Seattle band announced its 49-date tour yesterday. It will begin its world tour to promote its seventh studio album, Riot Act, on Feb. 8th in Brisbane, Australia. Pearl Jam's other plans for 2003 include the release of a collection of rarities and B-sides that haven't been on any of its previous albums and some that have never been released at all. Ticket information will be released later at the band's Web site, www.pearljam.com
Indeed. It was also hard to read, if it said MUY IMPORTANTE. Damn all caps. But it looks like I need someone to fill up my other 10C seat.
