    Metro were knocked out by ...

    2000: Chicago, they lost in the Cup.
    2001: L.A., they lost in the Cup.
    2002: N.E., they lost in the Cup.

    I know. It's awful.

    Can't believe we dominated both the Revs & LA during the season, but they made the final while we missed the playoffs.

    lalas has a championship. Jeez.

    Huh? You mean except when it counted. Like getting blown out of the last game of the year when everything was on the line. Smith, you need to get your head out of your ass.

    That was sort of my point , eric d. I am in tital agreement with you. We dominated them early on, but then when we had to find that something extra, we couldn't & they could. No reason to be impolite about it.

    In other words, we have at least as much talent as those sides, we just lack the intangibles. You can blame it on OZ or whomever, but it still s-cks that we can beat these sides on pure skill, but don't have that something extra to put us over the top.

    We are the only MLS side tpo not see an MLS or US open Cup final & that's a drag.

    No denying that. Now please be polite. it's too early in the week for such vulgarity.

    LA was the team of the month of October in the MLS calander... maybe if we can be the team of the month in October we can win :)
