@ whoever asked me if I got a scholarship......heck no. Probably wasn't good enough to get one, but was good enough to make the team and earn a starting spot. Plus, where I went to school, the soccer team had only 1 scholarship and it was split between 3 players. Things have obviously changed....

@Squid...good stuff, but I don't really care about coaching enough to respond to all of that....;):D I am the first to admit that I'm no expert and that I've got much to learn about it....but then again, that's the fun in it for me too.

Going back to the original points, the coaching courses that are now available to coaches of all levels are definitely worth the time and money in my opinion. And the perspective of the game definitely changes from coach to player...

Someone wake BMike up so he can do a threadsave please....

Yo the last 5 pages of NSR were the most football-related, sensible 5 pages in a row for a long time.

Sensible being the key word :D

i talked with one of my contacts in the UN, and told them the situation. so they said they would help me out and send in the 10th Mountain Division to stabilize the situation, they will stay until the insurgents are completely neutralized

LOL...well, I'd take a couple for now until I can see if I want to enroll in something away from home during my only time off hoping my wife doesn't divorce me all of the sudden because I simply decided "this is now what I want to do" . :D
