    Uh oh.

Bad sign. No JT in the starting 11.

    Worse sign.

    No JT on the bench.

    Oldham City 4-0 Huddersfield Town.

Any word on Thorrington's whereabouts for this one?

Sounds like being on the outs at Huddersfield might be the best place to be at this moment.

He didn't make bench for Huddersfield in their match with Oldham on 9/28. Does anyone know if he is just out of favor or if he is injured?

Moved to Yanks Abroad, where it is more appropriate and where their regular posters will have more info.

BuffloSoldier or dark knight, could you merge this thread with "Thorrington: Oldham City vs. Huddersfield Town, 9/28 10a (R)" ? Thanks

(btw, it's Oldham Athletic, not City ;))

Thorrington seems to be the scapegoat for Huddersfield. He's the hero when they play well and is blamed when they lose, except for this lastest result. I guess if he's gonna move up the latter to the Premiership he'd better get use to it. If Huddersfield is still hovering around the relegation zone at Christmas, he might want to look at his options when the transfer window reopens.

Did he not make bench because the coach is pissed at him or because of an injury? Seems more like the former than the latter to me.
