    And Todays 0-0 Game Against Nacional Showed Why We Needed A Rwm Instead We Get Another Striker And A Lb

    you can say that again. Bring back Geovanni! Anyone know why Makakula didn't play? I only got to see the 2nd half but Di Maria looked pretty good to me..why was he taken out? Also, why did he sub Nelson for Leo???? Did we play with just 1 striker??? Where was Maestro???

    Makukula's papers weren´t sent in time for him to play last weekend, Di Maria was tired and asked to be substituted, Leo entered for Nelson because Camacho thought he would be more offensive and make more crosses, we did start we only one striker (Gomes was in the first team but in Rui Costa's role) and Rui Costa didn't play because he was suspended.

    Cardozo is not the type of player that can play upfront alone. Hopefully Makukula will play beside him. 4x4x2

    Totally agree! Forget this season, i'm looking forward to next season. Hopefully with a big transfer season. We need a BIG player to lead us since Rui Costa is leaving.
