    Wow. I'm not even a Fire fan, and that makes me wanna throw up.

    I'm usually one to shoot down the conspiracy theories, but this has me shaking my head. It just doesn't seem right. I feel for you guys.

    I would think that they probably already had them made. They must have been let in on the new logo before us.

    Are there gonna be any anti-Bob chants and sentiment, or is this is last welcome trip into Cardinal?

    Not anti-Bob. That's a little off the deep end so soon. Anti-Metro, for sure.

    Trash talk???

    WTF??????? I am not at all happy about Bob leaving, but get a life you long ago canceled bad sitcom!!! If he wasn't smiling about his move I would be even more upset over it.

    For all he has done for the Fire and soccer in America overall, I wish him happiness and success - not against the Fire, of course. I, for one, will always respect and admire Coach Bradley.

    Most Fire fans are probably not happy to see him go, but have the class and respect and appreciation not to resort to calling him trash.

    I don't care. It makes me sick. Maybe there's something wrong with you guys rather than the rest of us. Have some passion. Whatever he's done for us doesn't matter anymore.

    Loyalty to the club comes before loyalty to the ex-coach.

    Way before.

    I was all about supporting him until I saw that picture. Now, I'm not so sure. Seeing him like that kinda makes him look like a traitor, almost.

    Loyalty and what you do is not the same. I am ashamed to have you as a member of my alma mater. Both Loyola's. You must have missed the class on manners and class and ethics that I did well in.

    Anti Bob chants are definitely okay after seeing that rubbish.

    Jesus christ, Steve...don't do this.

    No, I did not miss those classes. Yes I did very well in Ethics, which is pretty much as irrelevant to the current situation as one can get, given that Ethics class isn't about telling one what they should do at all.

    They must have cut the Manners Studies department before I got there.

    I don't see why it's so hard to understand that my loyalty and love for my club comes before my loyalty to an ex-coach who now coaches a chief rival.

    For the umpteenth time, this doesn't affect my opinion of Bob Bradley, human being, who is a great guy, and who has a terriffic family. Nothing can affect that. However, Liam Murtaugh, Fire Fan, is understandably very upset at the situation Bob has put us in and the fact he left during a crucial time for guidance and restructring in our club, giving the impression he's turning tail, whether he means it or not. And to the Metros to top it off!

    Jesus, I don't think it could be any clearer my position and reasons for it. If Jeff freaking Bradley gets it, surely you can.

    I'm ill about all this.

    Now I'm positive I can't get behind Metro after this. And I even tried at times last year. Aw hell.

    See, the "crucial time" thing strikes me as a crock. Yes, we're going to have to unload some players, and possibly some important and popular players, due to salary cap constraints. But if we're able to field, oh, say the following:

    G Thornton
    D Brown Curtin Bocanegra
    M Whitfield Marsch Armas Nowak Beasley
    F Razov Faria

    Well, then I dare say that Quigley could be the coach and we'd still do pretty damn well.

    It is not a matter of loyalty to anyone or anything. It is a matter of respect.

    Way different.

    I don't think any of us would be here if we were not passionate about the game.

    None of our Championship Cups mean anything now that he is gone? He has built up a fantastic team with his eye for talent and ability to delvelop it. The Fire should continue to do well.

    It sucks that we no longer will have the best coach in the MLS leading the best team in the MLS. As WRONG as it is to see Bob Bradley holding up the Metros scarft and smiling, we have no choice but to move on.

    The last time I saw someone doing that, two weeks later he was tanning himself on the topless beaches of the Riviera with his teenage girlfriend.

    (Does Bob know any 18 year old German girls?)

    And I establihed my position, some time ago, that I respect, as a human being, the reasons behind the move.

    As I Fire fan, I'm angry.

    Maybe this is just dual personalities or something but I don't see why feeling both ways should be such a big deal.

    The only ones who really can't be replaced are Peter, Chris and Zach. Man by man...

    Bocanegra -> Perez
    Curtin -> Gray, or Boca with Perez moving back
    Brown -> Whitfield
    Beasley -> Perez, Jason Moore (do we still even *have* Jason Moore)
    Marsch -> Gray
    Whitfield -> Daniv, Kovalenko (if either are still here, but if they go, Evan stays)
    Razov/Faria -> Dipsy, Saavedra

    We could be young, but not really *inexperienced*. It's the center of the midfield that is obviously a concern.

    Liam this is not what you said at first. You should have said this from your first post on. Too late now. See accountability is something that needs to be stressed here. Especially you as a moderator. Your credibility is shot, you always say a dumb thing then backtrack. LIfe doesn't always work that way.Someone will forgive once or twice but the repetitive nature of your reactions to things you don't like smacks of massive immaturity. Your first impression is usually what people remember. I am not happy about this either but did you see me on here saying the stuff you were saying Sunday night Monday??? Nope.
