Who do you thinks gonna captain the team?
Who do you think SHOULD captain the team?
and explain reasons for your answers.

Mathis probably is, he says he's stepping up to lead us.

i wanna see Jolley wearing, here here to a really underrated defender.

No, I disgree here. My first vote would go to Jolley, and then believe it or not, although it is rare, my second pick would be Tim Howard.

Tab was our captain for seven years. The team should ask him to pick his successor.

Steve Jolley should definitely be the captain. He has tenure at the club, and he plays and acts like a leader. Clint Mathis is a great player but last season, he wasn't exactly "captain material."

Bingo. New leadership for a new team. Many of you will feel sentimental over guys left over from the old regime. Don't. These two players will emerge as the leaders the Metros have been so badly in need of.

i was thinking Pope myself, has experience, been on a winner, national team vet., a central defender, quiet but authoratative in the way he plays....just seems like he "feels" right as a captain, but i don't think its a decision for the fans, bradley & the team will pick the right guy.
