I'll always watch the Galaxy, but they are so bad right now that I've almost started convincing myself that the Kings will be good this year and I'm actually looking forward to the NHL. Anyone who's seen the Kings in the last few years knows how delusional that is... I wish my two favorite sports teams weren't owned by AEG. They are great at business, really poor about building winners.
I'd rather drive 70 miles out to the desert to watch the Perseid meteor shower. Ok so I really did that, I'd rather spend the week at the Steve Sampson conference to motivation and competition buffet eating. The baseball one is pretty bad too.
Spotty, maybe 1 every 2 minutes. There were a few, maybe 5, really nice ones (4 or 5 inches of sky), and very bright, and we saw a really good one on the freeway home.
