As for Tomori, he was bad in the champions league against Chelsea. It cost him..
From what I've seen of Maguire so far, he looks like Maldini lol

It’s like I predicted after the first couple of games .. the refs are letting too much go .
The cynical players know they can whack a few even injure them ( Neymar now Jesus ) without even getting a warning !!

Two of the world’s best forwards are now effectively out of the WC .

Also Messi and Mitrovic , Foden , Kane plus tigers are all carrying ankle / foot injuries.

It's a contact sport, I'm glad that refs are letting the games flow.

The American forwards are too young ,inexperienced and weak.

Weah is nothing like his dad.

Good riddance. Proof if you tie mediocre teams like England, you deserve to take the clown bus home

He isn’t anything like his dad either.

These guys need to get way better in the next four years.

The USA has not ever been good or even mediocre.

They were ok in 2002 with LAndy and McBride but other than that tournament, it was always a struggle to make the second round.

The same goes for all Concacaf teams.

I think Costa Rica backed into a quarterfinal game a few years back giving Keylor Navas a shot in Spain but that’s about it.

The US has no defense and a midfield which is too slow and plays without any skill.

Their forward line can not score goals.

Their GK , Matt Turner seemed ok but that doesn’t mean much if the rest of the team sucks.

McKennie has been ok at Juve but has been injured all season and I heard on radio sportiva he may be on his way out.

Dest at Milan is on the bench as is Pulisic at Chelsea.

I’m wondering if they were starters for their clubs if they could improve but it doesn’t look like it from the way they played today.

USA has a ways to go before they’re considered a serious contender and Canada is about 30 years behind the US.

U.S didn't perform terribly, they were definitely fatigued though. I don't think many if any squad rotations occurred during their tournament and it really showed. I think it's fair to say that a R16 elimination is deserved, we'll see how homefield advantage affects things next WC.

The reason why Canada is so behind.. and prob will never catch up:

Go look at a team of 6 year olds in Canada practice... and then watch a team of 6 year olds practice in Italy. Light years difference.

Sad to learn that the Aussies have brought in Keanu Baccus just to do a hatchet job on Messi :(

I hope the ref is strong enough tonight
