Patrick Vieira and his time at Arsenal/Where does he rank?

Is he a Legend? He did help bring 3 EPL titles and 4 FA Cups in 9 years to Highbury.

    Any thoughts?

As I said in the other thread, I'll still wear my PV4 shirt with pride. I've really come to the conclusion that this is probably best for player and club. Hope Paddy has a great few years at Juve, I'll watch for them on GolTV. Best of luck, stay healthy, and finish that career with the class you showed for the Arse.

    "Arsene Wenger's magic,
    He wears a magic hat..."

    I'm expecting to be dazzled.

Definitely one of the best players to wear the red and white in the last two decades. And he can always go out after being part of the 49 game no defeat streak, and with his last Arsenal moment being that penalty to win the FA Cup... not bad.

To be sure the annual summer transfer sagas were getting old, and his performances were declining... if we were ever going to sell, it had to be this summer.

    Good Luck, Vieira.

I'm hoping that he at least has a good season with the new club. He did a great deal for us over the years. He will be missed. :(

that's why Arsene Wenger wears a magic hat :D Good luck to PV4, just like another Arsenal midfield legend, Liam Brady, he's going to Juventus.

Excellent midfielder, managed to channel his aggression positively after 97. Will be sorely missed but not devastating. Never got the big performance in the CL later rounds we needed from a captain.

He probably got pissed off at Gooners spelling his name incorrectly.
