    It's very nearly caucus time!

The Des Moines Register has released their final poll.

For those unfamiliar with the unusual process on the Democratic side, read this (especially given those very low O'Malley numbers):

    ... remember ...

    Keep it nice.
    Keep it light.

    Vote Meadow Party!

    HAIL GRIMES!

    ... and ...

    BE MORE FUNNY!

I didn't say you have to agree with everything on the Meadow Party platform.

Two spaces after a period is an abomination embraced only by atavistic grammar cultists.

I just said you should vote Meadow Party.

In a Grimes! regime, there will be no question of spaces after periods, for there will be no sentences puncuated by periods! Everything will be exclaimed!

    Hail Grimes!

Whatever will Brummie's appointment be in the Regime if he's stripped of his quest to bring some semblance to sentence structure.

    HAIL GRIMES!

    I'm thinking they'll line up in a 4-4-2

    -------------------------------------GILMORE
    SANTORUM----------CHRISTIE----------HUCKABEE---------PAUL
    CARSON---------------BUSH----------------KASICH-------------RUBIO
    --------------------------CRUZ---------------TRUMP

Seems to me that this Cthulhu fella is trying to get in on the Grimes game.

Does Klinsmann have anybody with enough pace to get around Christie?

Nope. They'll play with 3 right fullbacks, 3 right wingers, and nobody in the center or left.

Still no left back. We're screwed.

And we used to have a wealth of riches in goal. Le sigh.

Florina is manager ... thought that was obvious.

No bench really ... thin team. One of the many weaknesses. Fattest center back pairing in history. The Cuban striker might not even be eligible since his work permit hasn't been approved . And the right midfielder thinks the ball is a sphere built to store grain. Should be a total shit show ...

You'd make a hell of an analyst. Eric Wynalda quality! If you wanted to build confidence and give them an easy tuneup match Liverpool would be a good choice. :p

Pffffft, that fat back line will get run over with that midfield. Neither Bush or Kasich fit the destroyer role.

Plus I think Cruz was already capped by Canada.

It really is shocking that Carson still has 10% at this point.

Don't underestimate Bush. His older brother didn't appear to fit the destroyer role either, and he turned out to be a great one.

Does this mean that if Bernie wins he is going introduce a draft system to the league?

Rance Priebus is most def NOT an upgrade over Klinsman, whose over-reliance on Germericans was his undoing.

I hate to say it, but this line-up -- plus Bobby Jindal, now out of the race -- just isn't ... American enough. I can't put my finger on why Cruz, Rubio, Carson, and Jindal are real Americans, but there's just ... something ... not right about them.

Plus, at least Klinsman would get guys from soccer-loving countries, but these guys hail from places that don't even play soccer! Cuba? India? India!!!

I'm afraid of what the International Soccer Community will think of this line-up.

After the revolution Bloom County detractors will be among the first against the wall.

The Grimes Revolution or the Bernie Revolution, you ask?

    Whichever ...

There will be no lead in Flint's water because we will need all of the lead for all of the bullets to be used for those up against the wall.
