the under-age consumption case was dropped today due to military intervention. county prosecuters were forced to withdraw charge due to impending ship date and lack of evidence. giving said defendent the chance for top secret clearance and a position in military intelligence.
People of the State of IL vs. Flynn: "Possession of alcohol by comsumption by consumed an alcohol beverage while being within the city of Naperville while being a person of non-age." The exact wording of my charges. The real tragedy here is the po-po's abuse of the English language. Word to Naperville police: English is not a homeless person... you can't beat it to death and still come out looking good. Congratulations Cam and my apologies again for the whole incident in the first place. Andrew and Abby, my court date is in a few months. Do you guys want to get some friends and have a support/ cheering section in court for me? We can bring flags, scarves and flares. Or maybe a cheer along these lines: "This court sucks! ... my balls! This court sucks! ... my balls!" and when I lose the case: "We still love you, We do! Oh Fl-ynn, We love you!" Whatevs, I'll be back in action at home vs. San Jose. Step to the Real! This guy, this guy knows... Flynn
It's true... the unibomber was unfairly accused of being the drunken buffoon... in fact the unibomber is just a quite and homely citizen of Naperville who went to the game with the intention of not leaving in an ambulance and getting a lawsuit for public intoxication. Instead he had to put up with me (the real drunken buffoon and no other) and make sure the doctors didn't kill me at the e.r. While he was doing this bit of good-citizenry, he ran into a police officer and was served with a court notice. Three cheers for Cameron who has put up with my s--- since the 3rd grade, and had to spend his final home game still putting up with my crap. Cameron: I'm sorry man. I tried to give you a send off in style. Instead you had to see me naked.
You've got hooligan in your screen name and your not familiar with the court system? ( keep up the good luck, I guess) He broke a STATE law, not a Naperville law. .
Nah, I'll be drinking O'Douls and viewing this one from a televsion on the South Side. But once my liver and the few shards of dignity I have left recover from the home opener, I'll be back to cheer my heart out for the boys in red. Best of luck in KC to all of you who are going. Since Ante's out for one more, maybe we'll see a little bit of Dipsy. regards, Flynn
