Im trying to make a "greatest Hits" AC/DC cd but Im having trouble cutting it down to 15 songs. I pretty much like every song from the Scott era plus a few of the Johnson ones.

So anyway here's my MUST have list so far:

    1.TNT
    2. Highway to Hell
    3. You Shook Me All Night Long
    4. Thunderstruck
    5. Whole Lotta Rosie
    6. Let There Be Rock
    7. Beating Around the Bush
    8.??
    9.??
    10.??
    11.??
    12.??
    13.??
    14.??
    15.??

Im looking to fill it up with fast hard songs, not any of their slower ones like "Big Balls". Not that they are really that slow anyways, but I just wanna have whiplash by the time I get done playing this cd.

i'd suggest back in black, but i have no problem with that.

hell's bells wouldn't be bad either.

I'd have to have Hells Bells on any AC/DC cd. If only for the begining of the song. One of my favorite rock song intro's of all-time.

Being a big AC/DC fan myself I have tried to compile "The Best" onto just one CD, and I have found one thing: It isn't possible. I presently have a 2 disc set with 13 songs on each that I have called "The Best of AC/DC," and there are still songs I wish I could have put on there.

My short list: [in no particular order]
    1. Back in Black
    2. Thunderstruck
    3. TNT
    4. You Shook My All Night Long
    5. Highway to Hell
    6. Shoot to Thrill
    7. For Those About to Rock (We Salute You)
    8. Can't Stop Rock n Roll
    9. Evil Walks
    10. Girls Got Rythmn
    11. The Jack
    12. Hells Bells
    13. Problem Child
    14. Rock n Roll Aint Noise Pollution
    15. Whole Lotta Rosie

[Honorable mention: Night Prowler, Given the Dog a Bone, Stiff Upper Lip, Have a Drink on Me, Hard as a Rock, Shot Down in Flames]
I could go on, but it has to stop somewhere.

I would also like to add that the best production AC/DC CD ever made (IMHO) is AC/DC Live. I can never get tired of listening to it, and every song is great. One of the few CDs I have ever found where every track is great (unskipable).

Doesn't really matter what else you put on your CD, since the songs will all sound the same anyway. Make sure you print up a track list so you can tell them apart.

    Go for the all-rhyming-titles CD.

    Hells Bells
    Back in Black
    TNT
    Who Made Who
    Sink The Pink
    Chase The Ace

If you're cd does not have "Givin' the Dog a Bone", it is not complete. Basically I'd put all of "Highway to Hell" and "Back In Black" and be quite happy.

Do the "random" thing... This is AC/DC, so you're not really talking about variety. Just put all their CDs into a changer, hit "shuffle" and record what comes out.

Dude...that's harsh. Sort of true, but harsh.

My cd would start with Can I Sit Next to You Girl for sentimental reasons, though. (I have sentimental reasons for including a song on an AC/DC mix? Sad.)

I'd want all of Back in Black and most of Highway to Hell.

Shoot to Thrill, Given the dog a bone, Have a drink on me, and For Those About to Rock are fully necessary, though.

    Re: Question

    A classic.

    BIG BALLS
    (Young - Young - Scott)

Well I'm upper upper class high society
    God's gift to ballroom notoriety
And I always fill my ballroom
    The event is never small
The social pages say I've got
    The biggest balls of all

    I've got big balls
    I've got big balls
    They're such big balls
    And they're dirty big balls
    And he's got big balls
    And she's got big balls
(But we've got the biggest balls of them all)

And my balls are always bouncing
    My ballroom always full
And everybody cums and cums again
If your name is on the guest list
No one can take you higher
    Everybody says I've got
    Great balls of fire

    I've got big balls
    Oh I've got big balls
    And they're such big balls
    Dirty big balls
    And he's got big balls
    And she's got big balls
(But we've got the biggest balls of them all)

Some balls are held for charity
    And some for fancy dress
But when they're held for pleasure
They're the balls that I like best
    My balls are always bouncing
To the left and to the right
It's my belief that my big balls
    Should be held every night

    We've got big balls
    We've got big balls
    We've got big balls
    Dirty big balls
    He's got big balls
    She's got big balls
(But we've got the biggest balls of them all)

    (We've got big balls)
    (We've got big balls)

And I'm just itching to tell you about them
Oh we had such wonderful fun
    Seafood cocktail, crabs, crayfish
(But we've got the biggest balls of them all)
