Now? The guy who murdered a citizen last week has been gifted over 600K and counting in various online money raising platforms. Incredibly sick society.
Another ICE agent who lacks the poise for the job you just need the first :15 NOW: Border Patrol agents tackle an Anti-ICE Protester while conducting operations at a gas station in St Paul, MinnesotaVideo by @noturtlesoup17 (FNTV)Desk@freedomnews.tv to license pic.twitter.com/tyalRTNtUF— Oliya Scootercaster 🛴 (@ScooterCasterNY) January 11, 2026

This. Every time this year, whether talking about Stephen Miller or ICE, my mom immediately says either "Eichmann" or "Gestapo." Every time. She was just a wee little girl when the Nuremberg Trials occurred, but she it seems like she grew up having them be taught about in school. Like from first grade onward. I doubt that, but her response is visceral.
It's insane that you can have a buckwild agency going around a city, harassing citizens and damaging their property with impunity and not a solitary thing is done about it? Just saw another tweet about them kneeling on an ICE observers neck, which is apparently illegal there post George Floyd. So why not arrest some of these thugs for their illegal behavior? Or at least try to?
Listened to the mayor, who said that they are both outmanned and outgunned by ICE. Technically, they can/should, but in practice it is more difficult. Best course is to continue to document and take it to court.
Safest? Yes. Best? Show your work. Show me why that would be better than confronting them. I think ICE would back down.
Clearly I’m paraphrasing. Show your work? This goes both ways, no? I’m not certain which way is the best. And honestly, it might depend on the city.
That really was my point. Some people think we’ve passed the last crucial turning point and now we are just living through the last reel of the movie, where all the loose ends are tied up after the movie’s climax. I don't think that. But I do believe there’s a pretty good chance we’re 10 (movie) minutes from the climax. Venezuela+ICE+Greenland+Powell+potentially Iran is an awful lot of potentially critical events happening more or less at the same time. It took me a week to learn to juggle 3 balls. I gave up learning to juggle 4 months later.
Look at this video at :20. Wouldn’t one shot from a shotgun wipe out the whole group? What the ******** kind of training do they have? I know a lot of posters here have served in the military. Am I wrong in being shocked at this? This is unreal. https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_...ttps://digbysblog.net/&source_ve_path=Mjg2NjY

This is all so insane. ICE aren't properly trained to handle protests of this size and magnitude. It's a completely different level, style and type of law enforcement required. Someone else is going to be shot in these conditions.
They're busting in on people's homes without a warrant. And no ID. Only a matter of time before someone stands their ground.
Wait I thought using a car as a weapon was a bad thing worthy of being executed https://t.co/PmJMMd6NGI— evan loves worf (@esjesjesj) January 12, 2026
There's a video at one of the protests in Minneapolis where there's a former Army Ranger who served in Afghanistan and Iraq who starts pointing out to all of the ICE agents standing there their poor training and mechanics. If I could find it again, I'd post it because it's pretty good. And while I've never served in the military or law enforcement, even I can tell they don't have adequate training for what they're doing, even in things like crowd control. Also Minnesota has "castle doctrine." Eventually they're going to knock on the wrong door. Unfortunately, if that happens or if local police start trying to arrest ICE, I think Trump is just itching to declare martial law.
The poor training is so obvious to me, sometimes I lose perspective and feel bad for them. Then I realize they made a choice to join Trump’s personal racist militia and slap myself.
“ WELL , IT’S SOROS’S FUNDED RIOT SEASON AGAIN !” Quick reminder: Obama deported over 5 million illegals during his presidency: no protests , no MSM outrage, no activists , no attacks on ICE agents , no rogue judges prohibiting the deportations in the court. pic.twitter.com/Fvuw2USiNj— VeBee🇺🇸✝️ (@VeBo1991) January 9, 2026 Virtue much?
We are entering a time when everything, and I mean everything, is going to be political. That makes me sad, but not as sad as I would be if everyone was complying in advance. Anyway, someone wore an ICE Out shirt to the Minnesota Timberwolves game. He was asked to remove the shirt. The arena is not controlled by the team. Arena security has apologized. I wonder if Target, which is the arena sponsor and also is headquartered there, had their CEO or attorney make a phone call. https://www.nytimes.com/athletic/6962668/2026/01/12/minnesota-timberwolves-fan-ice-out-shirt/
Two US citizens tell their story of being detained for 8+ hours for following and observing ICE agents. They were eventually released without charges. The beginning of the video shows ICE agents breaking the car windows and pulling them from the car, and the rest of the video has an interview about their experience in detention: If you'd rather read than watch the whole video, Brandon Siguenza also told his story in a FB post on his personal page. I know I shouldn't be surprised anymore, but I was still surprised on this part of Brandon's story, "At one point, 3 men from the department of Homeland Security Investigations brought me into a cell. They insinuated that they could help me out. After inquiring several times what exactly they meant they finally told me that they could offer undocumented family members of mine legal protection if I have any (I don’t), or money, in exchange for giving them the names of protest organizers, or undocumented persons. I was shocked, and told them no."
