Just a few of the questions not addressed in the "plan:" 1) Where will the fuel come from? 2) Where will these reactors be built? 3) What is current status of/planned improvements to the energy grid to manage the extra energy production? 4) Where does spent fuel go? 5) Do we have a sufficient workforce to administer these sites or do we need training? 6) What are the infrastructure costs -- roads to sites, plumbing, etc -- and will these costs be borne by local/state/federal government? 7) Are these public or public-private partnerships? Go back and read prior posts by myself and others here. There have been about half a dozen links shared by myself on this topic alone (up to and including the full texts of the bills that will govern the expansion of nuclear energy, and lists of the active SMR projects that will be the driving force behind said expansion) and they answer most of your questions.
