That sounds like a horrible waste of time, listening to those two mouthbreathers pontificate about things they have no clue about.

Yeah I would rather listen to what Beyoncé or Katy Perry have to say. I am sure they know what the average person wants/needs.

It's interesting to see the parallels in Brazil and the Netherlands, with Donald Trump and his MAGA movement. @hector_br you like Bolsonaro (I think) who's in some legal trouble for plotting a coup after he lost an election which led to riots with Bolsonaro supporters ransacking your capitol, when he lost to Lula.

And @Brilliant Oranje, your guy Geert Wilders, almost a Trump clone...

    ...surprising.

    1. eating cats isn’t exactly a mainstream thing in Haiti. I mean, apparently a few villages do it one day of the year. That’s about it.

    2. there is a lot of stuff on Tik Tok.

    3. I mean, you’re kinda implying that this is some sort of cultural thing for them to go around eating cats on random days back home. Kinda like if I said Dutch people walk around in blackface regularly when in fact it is only a few people (watched and cheered for by other people) who do it one day a year.

He's from Latin America. It's where magical realism comes from.

I'm not implying anything, I'm merely saying Trump was right in that it does occassionally happen.

Of course the mainstream media said it never happens, which is why so few people trust the media anymore

Sheep who still turn the TV for indocrination really hate the freedom of speech we have on X doesn't it? It's amusing, really.

Fake news have always existed. Hell, traditional media became a joke precisely because of that and bias.

But it's obvious that fake news are not the issue. It's them losing control of the news.

Besides the fact that this never happened, what kind of verification process did Trump do to bring this up in social media and a Presidential debate ? Even if it happened once, do you not see that this is just a fear mongering campaign against foreigners aimed at people's most primal gut instinct ?

Trump said it was happening. Maybe a lot maybe a little. He didn’t specify how much. And you’re defending that. There were two reports of missing pets filed with police in a town if 58,000 people in a year. Normal. No reported increases of people inquiring at animal shelters for missing pets. Not a single report from someone claiming their cat or dog was abducted to police. Zero evidence.

so you’re not merely suggesting anything. You’re twisting a claim with not a shred of evidence into a it happens from time to time maybe.

I think it's fair play for Trump to claim immigrants are eating cats if the other side is allowed to claim that MAGA is nazist.

I mean, remember Jussie Smollet fake MAGA attacks? That's much more dangerous and pathetic than Trump saying Haitians are eating cats.

The Haitians are just minding their own business! They aren't attacking you! The ********????:confused::confused:

They are "the other side?" Call me a Marxist, commie, demon rat, or whatever. These people are just trying to live. But I guess that makes them "fair game" because us pinko lefties think it's wrong to use them to gin up fear? Oooookaaaaaayyyyyy???

    You pillock!

Good morning, maybe you can answer a question, we know that @Brilliant Oranje loves Trump because he hopes his stocks will rise and he can make a few bucks and maybe one day buy a bigger "yacht"...but in your case, what makes you so excited for Donald Trump's upcoming term?

Never called Haitians the other side.

You call regular americans terrorists for disagreeing with you. Give me a break about fearmongering.

Interestingly enough, 94% of Haitians identify themselves as Christian.

Are you capable of having a grown-up conversation? If you're just here trying to be a dick, why bother? Is your life in Brazil really that sad and pathetic? Why not use your energy to try to do something positive in your own country? You might even have a redeeming quality or two that could be of value to your fellow Brazilians, and yet here you are, unable to answer a simple question seriously.
