Kamala has the wrong politics, and was too far left for most of her life before magically deciding that all of her viewpoints had changed in a couple months. Nikki Haley is a woman of color that I almost certainly would have voted for, and she outlasted every other R challenger. I sincerely hope liberals continue to shriek and wail about race as if it is the only reason anyone votes for anyone. People are beginning to see that for what it is. That hyperfocus will only benefit conservatives in the long run.
You're right, no one does. The idea is to bring them to prosper and let them take care of the radicals in their country. It's a country of 25 million and Trump is saying choose peace and the US will be a good partner, choose terrorism and your economy will remain crippled. We've spent trillions in useless wars and thousands of US citizens died. This hasn't really worked anywhere has it?
I understand that, and I may have done the same, my vote doesn’t really matter given my state. My point was that I have no issue with a woman of color being president, I think it would be great personally. Kamala just wasn’t a good candidate and Dem primary voters wholeheartedly agreed in 2020.
Right, let's not talk about those who cling to their guns and bibles. Let's not talk about of you don't vote for me you're not black. Let's not talk about a basket of deplorables. Let's not talk about a long talk winter if you don't take the jab and losing your job. Let's not talk about resist. . He's so bad that in three straight elections he received more votes in each election. First republican to win the popular vote in quite a while, no?
Your vote matters and once you're trained to stop thinking that way, the better off we will all be. No politician wants people to vote, 25% turn out is just fine.
Oh I always vote. Plenty of down ballot races that are important. I’m just saying on the presidential line of the ballot my vote won’t affect the outcome of the presidential race. If I lived in Nevada or Arizona it would.
Like Germy said, he didn't have a better choice as a (R). That's probably true for lots of (R) voters, they don't much care for Trump the person, but he delivered on taxes and justices, and liberal policies freak them out, so they held their noses and voted for the guy. It's a shame this country couldn't produce two better candidates.
the circus keeps coming up with crazy ideas. Where's the humanity? ICE Barbie’s wild new program pitch: Kristi Noem plots reality show where immigrants COMPETE for citizenship — DHS officials would act as vote counters, reveals the Daily Mail pic.twitter.com/7FCGAmfhH4— RT (@RT_com) May 16, 2025
Trump’s approval rating hits even in deep-blue NJ — 47% approve, 47% disapprove (Emerson) NJ is a state to keep an eye on moving forward. Moved significantly toward Trump in 2024.
So who was your preferred candidate in the Republican primary? Specifically, who were you supporting in the primary? The way you talk about Nikki Haley it makes it sound it wasn't her either, even though you would have voted for her against a Democrat.
That clearly explains why Trump demolished USAID being as that was the U.S. government agency with the primary responsibility to help rebuild countries decimated by war.
i guess these illegals are fine? 17 family members of notorious cartel leader enter U.S. in deal with Trump administration, Mexico says https://www.cbsnews.com/news/sinalo...rBfGGLbkjzoZerq0aw_aem_vOcXwxxXJK8lt2KccXeA1A
You do realize Trump issued an Executive Order on Day 1 making it legal for federal agencies to fire LGBT+ people for no other reason than being LGBT+, right?
Putting "Vance is the first Catholic *convert* to serve as vice president" in a press release is so funny because Joe Biden is the first Catholic to hold that office but JD needs the acknowledgement https://t.co/ZAJzKnERHk— Joe Perticone (@JoePerticone) May 15, 2025
Incorrect. The order is just the opposite. It makes it legal to fire people who were hired based on without merit. DEI is discrimination plane and simple.
Pretty accurate assessment lol Bluesky honestly feels like a miracle where you take the most annoying people in the world and stick them in a broken elevator together.— Nate Silver (@NateSilver538) May 11, 2025 Temperature check: this sparked death threats on Bluesky from mentally ill posters who apparently have no friends. pic.twitter.com/PBnS8hZWam— Lakshya Jain (@lxeagle17) May 11, 2025
No on all counts. For example, back in the old days I was hired while I was still in the closet. Once I came out, I started getting harassed on a regular basis by administration and others. Thanks to this executive order, were I working in a federal agency I could now be fired for no other reason than having come out of the closet.
Supporting Trump and fascism (but I repeat myself) isn’t a political philosophy, it’s a psychological disorder. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oppositional_defiant_disorder Stop trying to find political coherence. You won’t find it. But if you look for psychological disorders, everything falls into place. I’m dead serious.
So St. Ronnie (or maybe it was Nancy?) knew what they were doing when they cleared and closed the madhouses?
