No it's not. The 747 used as AF1 is only used by the President. Of course other people ride on it when he is travelling but if he ain't on it, they aren't taking it on a trip.
Turning Qatari 747 into Air Force One could cost $1 billion and take years, experts say https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/na...t-1-billion-take-years-experts-say-rcna206582 Taxpayers would likely foot the bill to retrofit President Trump's new jet, which could be more than twice the plane's $400 million value.
I'm curious to get a fact check on that. When he flirted with running in 2012 he compared gay marriage to golf clubs. He openly was critical of Obergfell vs Hodges in 2015. Later in 2015 he was on CNN with Jake Tapper and said he "supports traditional marriage" The first mention I can find of him supporting gay marriage was Kellyanne Conway saying he did in 2019 and then it quietly being put into his campaign website in 2020 But they this was 5 minutes of research so I'm willing to be wrong See I don't think Donald Trump actually gives a flying ******** about gay marriage, I think he's intentionally quiet about it because he doesn't want to anger his base while also understanding it's a horrific position to take in 2025. Which to be fair Democrats have been guilty of too, but that's not really the point is it? The Democrats have been on the side of progress when it comes to gay rights, The GOP hasn't. I think The GOP has an issue with homophobia. Their record on gay rights and polling about gay marriage confirms that. I think The GOP has problems with Islamophobia. I think the fact that elected a man who supported a Muslim ban confirms that I think The GOP has issues with racism. I think 70% of the party at one pointing questioning Obama's citizenship confirms that. And to be clear that's an incredibly low bar, there's far more complex issues that I think highlight GOP racism but I picked a simple one for you. I also think you have problems with women and foreigners, but this talk has already spiraled too much. It's cool you like the "wins", but sadly the losses matter to a lot of marginalized groups
If it will take years, then this is a non story given that the new AF1 will be delivered by Boeing in 2027.
DJIA still down over 1,000 points since January 20th and about 3,000 since it's peak in December. How do you reconcile this with him saying he was for "traditional marriage" when asked about his position on same-sex marriage? I presented the clip above, so it's in his own words? Does he just say what he thinks people want to hear?
That was before the court ruling. After the ruling he flipped even though he was still a candidate. Does he say what everyone wants to hear? Is your point that in 2016 you thought Republican voters wanted to hear what he said about gay marriage? . Trump isn't a typical Republican and has flipped the two parties in many different categories. Democrats wanted to build a wall and were for deportation. I be very interested if they support the EO for favored nation price on prescription drugs. What he has done over in the Middle East is going all in on America leading the world again. He has side stepped the UN, Israel and Europe with Syria. He's conceded that nation building is wrong and doesn't work. He is pushing peace and prosperity for the region. The days of useless wars have been replaced with trying to build trade agreements that benefit both parties and staying out of how to run another country.... Unless you can buy them or make them a 51st state.
You do realize the current administration is trying to tell other countries what they can and cannot do in terms of DEI, right?
According to the article they aren't telling them what to do but businesses that want to do business with the US. Trump administration’s crackdown on diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives also applied to foreign firms looking to do business with the US government. I missed in the article where it states we will attack the country and install a new regime.
He opposed the court ruling and said he supports "traditional marriage" during the primary. Also the in the video you posted he completely dodged the question of whether or not he supports gay marriage? The fact that Donald Trump moderated on gay marriage post primary would seem to suggest something negative about those primary voters no?
The only "funny thing" is MAGA not talking about egg prices when they went up .... and now they are at about or just higher than when Biden left office. They also said the stock market was overvalued anyways and are now OK with higher prices at Walmart and empty shelves. MAOGA
Speaking about funny, our President is now doing photo ops with terrorists, as long as they pay the right price... hahahahaha... 1922816414760530086 is not a valid tweet id
I mean we KNOW why egg prices were actually high, but unhinged liberals blamed Trump because of their derangement over Trump. Now that egg prices are back down liberals are silent about it. Why is that?
Homie probably doesn’t realize we’ve had a joint force air base in Qatar with the Qatari military for a long time. And it was built under Bill Clinton. As far as Syria goes, the US is obviously trying to help rebuild that country. Not sure why Democrats are mad about that. Oh I know why. But you know what happens anytime these folks see a photo of Trump. They start foaming with rage.
So why was MAGA blaming it on Biden when the same bird flu caused price of eggs to increase ? Why was Trump on March in his speech to Congress blaming it on Biden ? This is either cognitive dissonance or just plain dishonesty at this point ... or just trolling.
The problem was that Biden’s inflation caused baselines to increase across the board which is why when the bird flu hit it really started to hurt.
