I don't know if we can call Yamal a disappointment in the World Cup so far. Given his age, 19, maybe it's unfair to expect too much from him. But he's not playing like one of the best in the world, like Mbappe, Messi, or Haaland. Yamal's problem is his conversion rate. 1 goal out of 12 attempts from inside the box, 0 goals out of 11 attempts from outside the box. He's trying, but his finishing has been terrible. I don't know if Yamal will have a chronic finishing issue or if it's just an age thing. Jude, on the other hand, is playing exactly as expected. He's the most complete player of his generation: he defends, heads, finishes, passes, and dribbles.
I'm not sure how often we've seen a player being so clearly rushed from injury for an international tournament. He's not really alone -- Alvarez and, I gather, Rice and Dembele, are other high-profile footballers who've gone through this for this WC alone, and I'm sure that there are others I'm forgetting -- but Spain's early struggles made it all much more obvious. These players make major sacrifices, and to some extent, risk their future job security, and still get these absolutely ridiculous criticisms.
He is still immature, in general, and in his playing style. What he is missing atm is a skill to set himself up for favorable shots. He is forcing too much. Wants to score. But that is not how to do it. He will learn. You can also see how overly playful he still is in all the dribbling and nutmeg attempts. Talent is there, but he needs to put it all together coherently. It will probably come with age and maturity. He also still has a steep learning curve when it comes to scoring. He did shift his attitude a few matches ago from going solo all the time to focusing on producing value on the pitch, and his performance immediately became much better. His form is rising in this tournament. He is not scoring a lot of goals in general because he is currently stuck in the right winger position, and either tactically or due to his own inability at this stage, he is not able to find himself in spaces where he can score reliably. I think he still lacks this instinct, as I don't believe he is instructed to not enter a penalty box and area around it.

Jude is a good player yes for sure ! But But I don't consider him a phenomenal player or a player in a class of his own— like Di Stéfano, Gerd Müller, Michel Platini, Puskás, and Ruud Gullit. I've worked with Jude in Football Manager several times already.
