Redknapp to go to court in July over tax evasion charges: http://soccernet.espn.go.com/news/s...dknapp-to-stand-trial-for-tax-evasion?cc=5901 Apparently it doesn't have anything to do with Spurs, but it's all Pompey related payments through a Monaco bank account.
Joe Jordan given a one-match ban for 'incidents' at the San Siro game. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/football/europe/9428343.stm Apparently being headbutted and shoved in the neck are banning offences.
Give him 2 years seems excessive, another year would have been enough. He's been so good this year though, even if he doesn't play at all he would still have been a great signing.

Spurs are going to RSA for pre-season this year to play Orlando Pirates and Kaizer Chiefs. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...nham-reveal-pre-season-tour-South-Africa.html
http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2011/may/09/harry-redknapp-tottenham-manchester-city? Ugh, 'Arry, shut the ******** up please.
It's not City's millions that caused Spurs to drop all of those points to the bottom sides. Nor is it City's fault that Spurs didn't get the players that they needed in both transfer windows. This was the most open league in recent memory, and we screwed the pooch big time. He can talk about how next year the spots are all going to be locked up, but this was the year to really solidify ourselves.

And there's the Doherty back pass that leads to the Marcus Bent goal. I actually remember the match thread for this one way back when.
With ya, Double. Ginger Pele's finest hour? It's good to watch and remember how shit we were just 7 years ago.
I remember shortly after Hoddle was fired we won a few and I think we were all a bit guilty of feeling some optimism on the board. Then shit like this game started to happen.
I do believe those threads still exist.... Stuff like us all getting excited about Arnesen's first signing for Spurs...Spase Divlesky.
I still think Rodrigo Defendi will come good. This guy, too. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Edson_Rolando_Silva_Sousa
