Juve faces off against Bologna tomorrow, as the show must go on. "Tomorrow Alessio and Riccardo will take the field alongside us. And this one is for them." Forza Juve.

It's appalling how Brioschi didn't receive a second yellow for all those fouls. La Repubblica totally botched their description of Zalayeta's goal, you've got to wonder if they were watching another game.
I couldn't watch the game... according to Channel 4, Bologna was furious after the match? What happened?
Probably had something to do with this: http://www.zshare.net/video/buffon-fool-no-penalty-avi.html Juve get a call going their way? What a shocker. You can see how Buffon looks like the kid who got his caught in the cookie jar. The goal itself was pretty controversial as well http://www.zshare.net/video/0-1-zalayeta-avi.html
From the replay, the ball clearly didn't cross the line. Don't know WTF the officials are looking at.
Why don't these 2 clips work for me? This victory has to be dedicated to our dead youth players! Buona notte.
The ball did cross the line, just because Bologna players BEHIND the ball didn't see it cross doesn't mean it didn't. Replays showed it did. People will whine about Juve no matter what, it's the same old same old. When controversial calls go against Juve you don't hear a peep.
Even if the goal was disallowed, it wouldn't matter too much. We are better than everyone else in Serie B so we should be back in Serie A anyway.
Dante, that would mean they have stopped gloating about Juve's troubles and are scared the club will be back stronger and sooner than hoped.
The replay I saw was inconclusive. Clearly the ball landed on the line, but it was spinning up into the goal. If the Bologna player hadn't kicked it away, I'm certain it would've hit the net inside the top of the goal. The question is whether he cleared it before the ball crossed the plane of goal line, and there's no way of telling that from the camera angles available (at least the ones that I've seen). The linesman said no, and that's all the matters.
after watching the goal over and over again, i feel that was definetly a goal. if you look at when the player clears the ball, half his leg is in the goal to clear the ball, which could only mean the ball had to have pass the goal line. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xwCklXipCN8
Exactly... they're already starting to worry about next season. Let's not forget that Bologna received a couple dubious calls already this season and yet no complaints. No complaints on Brioschi not getting a second yellow for his nasty fouls as well. Selective whining, it gets old really fast.
Well that was over the line, doesn't matter that it was cleared before hitting parth of the ground or net, but what about the shoulder touch????
Looked like a clean bring-down to me. The ball can hit your shoulder as long as you're not moving the shoulder to the ball and it doesn't roll down or get cradled by your arm.
