One of the best shows on TV kicked off its 3rd season tonight. Solid first episode, setting itself up for the rest of the season.
Yeah I think it'll be really good. I can't wait to see how the conflict between Shane and the new black guy on the team works out. As far as upcoming episodes, you know someone is going to spend some of the marked bills. If it hasn't happened already with Shane buying his GF a car, or Vic using the cash to lure the gunbuyers in.
You should've been watching FX, they've replayed the entire series over the last couple of months. This season is really going to be good. Season two for me was fantastic. The plot with the Mexican drug lord was top notch.
Also, were Shane and Landon Donovan separated at birth? I usually don't like cop shows, but The Shield is great. Later, COZ
Still stunned by last night's stunning stunfilled episode. Shane is trippin. Vic and his whole family situation is tripping. Dutch is fvcking trippin the most though. *meow*
Yeah, I have 2 cats, so it was very hard to watch. I get the feeling something very bad is going to happen to Vic's wife and/or kids.
That's funny, because I thought a similar thing about his wife Tuesday night. Not that something bad is going to happen, but that she's going to take off or something. Also, the boyfriend of that chick Vic was banging, he could come unglued and do something. The one problem I have with the show is that sometimes their intentions are too obvious - like with Dutch, they're trying to make him darker and more disturbed in order to feed him a storyline. And then it's clear they have no clue what they're doing with Julien anymore.
I'm on season 1 here in France....missed a couple of the first ones...question: What is Connie's relationship to Mackey?
Since nobody has answered this and I don't know if you've watched them yet or not: They're both on DVD and I know they're available through Netflix so I'm sure you could rent them through other sources also.
