I'd worry about if we do sign Håland, because that's a big if to start with.

He's two feet out of the club already. Horrible transfer from Zidane.

We can't miss anymore like these. Jovic and Hazard were huge misses that hurt us financially.

Hindsight is always 20/20. Jovic transfer looked fantastic when we closed the deal. Hazard however is a different story. Paying 100ME for a 28-29 years old winger who was in his final year of contract and who wasn’t really known to be a goal scoring winger or an assist machine... was taking too much financial risk. And it failed big time. Probably the worst transfer in our entire history.

I have not seen him in Bundesliga yet, but his stats speak for itself. If he isn't lighting up Frankfrut, he isn't going to come back. He still has three months left to prove himself. As of March 2021, I am more worried if we cannot find another loan deal for him next season.

I'm sure we can find takers but we'd have to cover half his wages. He is still a big target 9. I can see an EPL team taking a chance on him

To be fair Frankfurt might still end up over Dortmund in the standings.

Ok.. not gonna check stats or anything.. will just lean on your input.. all this talk of Haaland and Mbappe.. in your opinion should we make a better effort to bring him back and integrate him? I think it would require a system change..

No, to me it's obvious that he's a good guy and a good player that simply didn't fit in with the team and/or the City.

I think the club had the right idea in the player's ability but it's clear in terms of body language and attitude that he doesn't feel well in Madrid.

He was also going through some private turbulences. Seems he had some growth to do, not only on the footballing side of life. And when you get everything right, it's easier to perform on a day to day levelevelyour job, too.

I somehow hope he can pick up his footballing leven and either translate it here or get us good money for it. Not sure if we should disqualify player for a bad start, if he really seems to be performing once again, if he's willing to try again and if we'll have a place for him.

He's done well. Frankfurt's form improved only after they signed Jovic, they've gotten some really good results along the way.

Cant wait for some of these dead weight players to leave the club so this I leak something to the press and then you leak something the press bullshit stops. I’m expecting that only Mariano will be here from amongst these guys because not even Thanos can make him disappear from Real Madrid.

Just as it was at Benfica. He'll be a solid player for a smaller team, somebody like Immobile comes to mind.

when Jovic was signed, i was bombed from many in these forums, they said i do not know anything and my evaluation was purely based on Jovic nationality, because he is from serbia and Albanians do not like serbs, there were such stupid comments and conclusions that only football ignorant could make. For several weeks I was even banned, thus not allowed to make any comments in disfavor of Jovic in these forums, i left these forms because i could see very unprofessional behavior and people trying to impose their ideas, this should never be the case.

Now the time has come to show those "experts" that i was totally right when i said Jovic will never succeed in Madrid. Therefore, i am expecting them to show up and apologize to me for such stupid unprofessional comments towards me..
