Will Still has had a pretty awful start to the season with Southampton despite all the hype. Their underlying numbers have been as crap as their results.
I think Potter is surely going to get the boot now. I’m sad that he will probably be replaced by a non English manager but I’ve never been a particular fan of him.
It seems more likely to be Nuno or Bilic back, I don’t mind Lampard but most fans hate him. Him being hired would not be popular at all.
West Ham United are considering all managerial options as pressure builds on Graham Potter following Saturday's defeat to Crystal Palace. (Sky Sports)
Graham Potter has been sacked. Cant say I disagree. Surely the end of any chance of ever becoming England manager.
I think his next move will be abroad somewhere, difficult to see where he goes from here. I was surprised after he took so long to get back into work that he went for the West Ham job, given Moyes I think peaked with what realistically West Ham can achieve, though he just did flat out bad regardless. He probably could still get interest from a bottom end premier league club though I don't think he's at all suited for those kind of teams given his rigidness.
He’s suited to teams who are challenging for the title in a smaller league. One where the majority of matches end with him happy with the result and performance,
He really had a nightmare there. Even his press conferences were horrible. He looked out of his depth and like he hasn't recovered from what happened at Chelsea. I expect his next role will be at an ambitious Championship club (Wrexham maybe?) because if he fancied going abroad he would've taken the Ajax job.
Manchester United are considering Graham Potter after his sacking by West Ham as a surprise replacement should Ruben Amorim leave. (Fichajes - in Spanish) Can’t imagine that would go down well.
