So I decided last minute to order Dish Latino just so I could get Fox Sports World Espanhol since they are the only channel showing the Copa Libertadores which just started this week. The money has been worth it already. 3 Games and 3 wins by Brazilian teams including an "Ole" by Santos last night against America of Cali , Colombia. The Robinho and Diego show is now spreading through the Americas soon the world.

Robinho was having a good ole time twisting up the opposition, its such a nice thing to see, some real fun soccer instead of the usual X&O's strategies. When Robinho was sunstitued he received a standing ovation from the Colombian crowd thats just how impressed they were. I think they realized half way through the game that they were having the privledge of seeing this 18 year old play. Not to mention Diego (17) which scored a great goal and also got a standing ovation from what would usually be a hostile crowd. If I find clips Ill post them.

This is as close as a World Club Cup as I think I will get anytime soon, so I plan on enjoying it.

This should go in the Robinho show. Which is only about 3 threads away.

SS I know you love spreading the gospel of Brazilian soccer, and I for one believe the hype with Robinho and Diego. But this thread is spam when you already have that one open.

Not only was Robinho amazing, but that 20 year old giant Alex was incredible in defense, and Leo stood out making runs up the left.

Be very afraid of this new Brazil!

They won't need to win on questionable calls (v. Belgium) and play-acting (v. Turkey). They're gonna be gooooooood.

I noticed in the mpeg that Robinho stood on the ball...a certain Roonaldo did the same thing in England ,albeit with hands on hips, and was crucified by the media...weird.
