I disagree with the natural born goal scorer part. He's young and he'll get a lot better

i have to agree with nixon that he is a natural born scorer. did you see his reserve form, goal after goal after goal. that nose for the net cannot be taught. hell, during his bolton trial game, he netted a hat trick.

as you say, the kid is young. i think every1 can agree that henry is a natural goal-scorer yet he had trouble finding the net initially in his career and was thought to be a bust until his early to mid twenties. as vaz te gets more comfortable and confident, we will see what he can really do.

yer a natural born goal scorer isnt any reference to current or potential ability its just one of those unseen stats, a play who has the nac of being in the right place at the right time, he has a lot more to come its just when you watch him play you can see he has the right movement, passion and just knows where the net is. The header he scored against middlesbrough in my opinion showed exactly that, he just rose past the defender and put the ball out of reach of the goal keeper with power and presision that to me showed a great attitude towards his play, no one could have done that better.

He made a great impact today, apart from the goal he caused several problems for Birmingham's defence, beating men and some good through balls to Borgetti. I don't know why he didn't start.

vaz did the business yesterday against Birmingham. It wasn't a good game to watch.. a real end of season affair. Allardyce needed to change it and did so early in the second half. His goal was well taken, but his two through balls to Borgetti and Davies were excellent. He really looked like he enjoyed it.

Did take a knock in the game, and ended up doing his lap of honour with the team with only his left boot on and limping!

Diouf and Davies are the holding strikers whereas Vaz Te does stand out as a natural goal scorer. His record for the reserves and for Portugal shows that. Theres no other player that plays more like Henry, using the left wing so well. He's even exactly the same height and they can both run 100m in 10 seconds!

Why do you make things up?

I was fine with you the day you admitted to Marco and I that you know shit about football and are just learning, but why do you pretend to know things you don't?

Regular on the youth squads... Like Totti is right?

Totti? Aristotle de Carvalho is someone thats has fallen off the radar.

The Only person who might know what he has done lately is Roy but He plays for Southhampton.

He has had a slower year as two things happen

    - He played less games because the Southampton Under 18 is stacked

    - He also played on the wing and in the midfield and not striker that is why he had only 7 goals compared to 31 last year

So do you think England is not a Good place for Portuguese talent to thrive because Vaz te is in the same Situation.

Totti is a Good player maybe it hinders he playing when he plays Midfielder.

    ********en English:mad:

Yeah I particularly don't like the "Totti" nickname. Too Italian for me...
