Can someone please explain to me? When I click My BigSoccer, it says latest Rep. recieved. What do the little green, blue, and red cards mean?

Green is good, blue is neutral (the poster doesn't have enough rep to affect it), red is bad.

Please search for answers before posting. Thanks! It means you have to have rep to give rep.

Just remember to punch your weight. Folks with lotsa green squares pack a bigger wallop than folks with only a few. Plus the system limits how many times you can give out either positive or negative rep points in a 24 hr period to 3 (I think) and furthermore prevents you from giving to much rep to any given person (you have to give rep to x number of others before you can give rep to person y again).
