Survivor started as a summer series to get people to watch CBS during the summer rerun period. But yeah, without The Apprentice, Donnie remains a New York real estate guy.
Worth remembering that Tucker plays dumb, but isn't dumb. All this complaining and bashing is over things he knew while celebrating them as accomplishments. His interview with Ted Cruz is another example of this in action. He knows what's bs and what pays the bills.
So Presidential! What a pathetic, whinny man-toddler Can you imagine what it must be like to have to deal with this bullshit on a daily basis? Hell on Earth. But Biden was old and Harris had that laugh, so voters had no choice but to let this loser have another crack at it.
So, Stephen Miller has a big stake in Palantir...What a shock, he is a grifter like the others. Miller owns between $100,001 and $250,000 in assets at the defense company, which stands to make millions off of Trump’s immigration crackdown.Last month, the administration tapped Palantir to build a huge database that will serve as a surveillance tool for the state. trib.al/DLga5…
And every reality TV show should thank MTV's Real World. While there were other "reality TV" type shows (think Candid Camera or America's Home Video, the latter being a bit different), Real World was the start of the new mold.
I've met Tucker a few times, in a non-political setting (we used to live in the same neighborhood in DC). He comes off as very intelligent, and is perfectly pleasant in person. His media persona is just his cynical way to make money.
White House deputy chief of staff Stephen Miller owns a massive stake in Palantir, which stands to make millions off of Donald Trump’s sweeping immigration crackdown, according to the Project on Government Oversight. Miller’s public financial disclosure report said that the ghoulish Homeland Security adviser owns between $100,001 and $250,000 in assets at the defense company. Miller reportedly acquired the stock after Trump exited the White House in 2021, but sometime before he enacted his sprawling plan to bolster immigration enforcement. The data had been revised as recently as June 4. Counter https://www.marketwatch.com/story/p...rpriced-00d90c5a?mod=mw_quote_news_topstories The conflict in the Middle East has put the importance of technological advancements in warfare on display, whether they are used to deter risk or strike a target with precision. And the message has been received: Earlier this month, the U.S. Army swore in executives from Palantir Technologies Inc., Meta Platforms Inc. and OpenAI as lieutenant colonels. From an investor perspective, that could be translated as a bullish signal for Palantir’s stock. The company is a leader in sophisticated artificial-intelligence technology that’s used by the defense sector, intelligence agencies and law enforcement. Its software offerings, through platforms like Gotham, can collect data from multimedia sources, share information between agencies, find targets and even anticipate possible outcomes in order to propose responses on the battlefield. ... Despite Palantir’s growing business, the average stock-price target of the 28 analysts surveyed by FactSet who cover Palantir is $107, or roughly 23% below current levels. Wall Street considers Palantir an AI stock, which is how I've seen them mentioned. They also note that currently Palantir is overbought. Now, this is not to ignore than they are focused on government contracts, but those contracts are largely about collecting data, not necessarily specifically in the defense industry. It is not to say that Palantir's contracts are currently defense focused, which would not be surprising. And it is not to say that Palantir won't grow in the future. But, about the ownership. There is some lazy reporting going on here. Palantir's meteoric rise started in June of 2024. I also saw a report of somebody who put in $100k early on and that has become $1.5m. So, all things equal, Miller doesn't have a lot of shares. Additionally, looking at the disclosure report, he's got a fairly diversified portfolio, though looks like it is tech and bond heavy. He also has a similar value in GE Areospace (the defense side of GE) to Palantir. All of that being said, Miller is not a billionaire, but he is quite comfortable (looking at that document, I would guess his net-worth is in the 7 figure range, not knowing his real estate holdings). Mind, as the article rightly points out, there are conflicts of interest. But not just with Palantir. It is that he does not appear to have put everything in a trust, which is par for the course in this admin.
Yeah, this was some years ago, back when he was a pretty standard pre-Trump conservative media figure.
Joey Boots got him on video fly fishing in Central Park. Just a relaxing day away from being a Fox Nazi I suppose.
I know that. Reinhardt Fishsticks is evil. I am more speechless watching the two people clearly hate fight each other. Those what the giftwas about because I was going to say something cuz anytime he says something you immediately already to call out bullshit. This time I was like oh well nothing carry on
I’m reading a novel called Cleave the Sparrow. Just downloaded it on a whim. It’s sci fi. I just read the following: This was after two terms of Desmond Thorp, the condo-building conman who took us, briefly, into a morass of American authoritarianism, but the AIs brought us back. ok then
Notice the initials. This was written post 2016 then it's clearly a book about the future under mango Mussolini it was written before then then it's just prophetic
I couldn’t put it down, so so far, yeah. Highly recommended. It’s a funny book about the intersection of philosophy and quantum physics, and who isn’t a fan of that? Later in the book there’s a very obvious Elon Musk. It was just published.
So TACO Trump will cave again. True to form another of Mango mans mealy mouthed boasting come to nothing TRUMP ALWAYS CHICKENS OUT.! Trump says US will soon 'take a pass' if no Ukraine deal President Donald Trump said Friday the United States will "take a pass" on brokering further Ukraine war talks unless there is quick progress from Moscow and Kyiv. Trump was speaking after Secretary of State Marco Rubio commented -- following talks with European allies -- that Washington would "move on" if a truce did not seem "doable" within days.
