Alright, I know if a player gets a red card, then he is sent off and misses the next game. My question is if a player gets two yellow cards in a game, which results in a red, does he have to miss the next game?

Red card= Miss the next match
Yellow+Red card= Miss the next math
    Yellow+Yellow=?

If the ref gives you a straight red card after you've already recieved a yellow rather then recieving a yellow card when you already have one (which makes a red).

Oh I see. I've never seen a ref give a straight red after a yellow I don't think.

A red card is a red card. It can be awarded for a number of reasons, one of which is recieving two yellow cards in the same match.

The competition decides what kind of punishment is given for sendoffs. Usually any sendoff earns a minimum one match suspension.
