Dr. Tottenham will follow Spurs from Scotland to the south coast as ringmaster Ange takes his travelling gong show to Saint Mary's.

We have only won 4 PL games away in 2024.

Bissouma and Bentancur are suspended to add to our massive injury list.

If we don't win this, the Aussie has to go.

    Here is the team:

Tottenham 4-2-3-1: Forster, Gray, Dragusin, Spence, Udogie, Bergvall, Sarr, Maddison, Son, Kulusevski, Solanke.

Subs: Austin, Porro, Lankshear, Dorrington, Olusesi, King, Hardy, Werner, Johnson.

For the first time in the PL, the two teenagers start, but looking at that bench, it looks more like he was forced to start them because of all our injuries.

Great strength from Spence and a delightful pass from Spence for a goal inside a minute.

Spitting image of last weekend. I don’t know if Southampton has 4 goals in them though.

    Southampton are abysmal. 3-0.

4-0. One of the worst performances by a Premier League club I can recall.

But another injury, this one to Destiny.

5-0 at the half. It’s not exactly a flattering scoreline, but Spurs defense has looked weak and a better team would have scored and not been 5 goals down. Not going to complain, but United will be a much sterner test. Hope Ange rests Son and Dejan.

HT 0-5, Maddison 2, Son, Kulusevski, Sarr.

Now that's more like it, although Saints are naive beyond belief, Russell Martin is the poor man's Ange Postecoglou.

Unfortunately, Udogie had to come off with an injury.

You would expect them to get some chances with our makeshift defense and the way we play.

United is a good shout, they will be buzzing after their comeback win at the Etihad.

All three yellow cards have been annoyingly silly.

I tuned in about 15 minutes late and we were 3-0 up!?! I didn't recognize many names. I wondered if January Window and come and gone and I slept through it. As my brain caught up with my eyes by way of information in my ears I learned we were not just broken in spirit but also broken in body.

    But, 3-0 up against a not-so-good team.

What does it mean? Have we actually retained recent form or have we snapped out of it? Scoreline versus team makes that difficult to determine.

I was impressed with the blonde child, though he clearly needs more meat on those bones. Growing boy!

    COYS?!?!

We have only won consecutive games once in the PL, so we need to wait and see if the side can develop any kind of consistency.

Hard to believe, that was Spence's first ever start in the PL.

Seems Gray, Bergvall and Spence did ok starting a league game - I think only Gray has done that before. It's out of necessity for sure, but they've shown they can perform. Some will point to the weak opponent, but we've faced other weak sides while fielding more first teamers, and we all know how those have turned out.

And it seems that was Russell Martin's AVB moment: he's been fired.

Two managers in the same weekend. I wonder if that’s happened before?
