Real Madrid not happy with their schedule. Only 72 hours break between the Getafe (H) and Athletic Bilbao (A) encounters.https://t.co/5Lh7UutjLa— Daily Madrid (@DailyMadridcom) June 22, 2020 We get 72 hours, meanwhile Barca get 5 full days rest... ******** La Liga.
I think it was Tuesday and Friday, but on those same matchdays, we didn't get 5 days rest. But they do now...
Ramos, Hazard and Isco all three training with the team today ahead of the RCD Mallorca game tomorrow. [@partidazocope]— Infinite Madrid (@InfiniteMadrid) June 23, 2020
We still have a chance for CL, but Liga should be the priority this year, it's in our hands... while a couple of one off games in CL is gonna be pretty tricky for any side.
I wanna take a moment to appreciate both Ramos and Casemiro. They are our backbone. Our strength. They have been big through all of our moments. Whether the team was in glory winning CLs or struggling like last seasom, they have been so consistent. Always keeping the ship a float As great as Benz, kroos, modric and others have been, they have all suffered long periods of poor form. These 2 stallions just never let us down. To you 2 i toast and i thank you for all the great moments and memories
I think we should go with 4-4-2 again this match should be an easy one, we can rest Fede or Kroos whilst we have the chance and sub one of them later on in the game. https://www.marca.com/futbol/real-madrid/2020/06/26/5ef3e951268e3ed12c8b45e8.html
Luka Jović is back with the squad. Will be ready for Thursdays game against Getafe. 💪🏃♂️ pic.twitter.com/YdOB82XVGj— Luka Jović (@TeamJovic) June 30, 2020
Jovic has the talent. We've seen it just not with us yet. Having said, he needs more minutes and Zidane needs to play him more.
didn't he broke a bone or something? I'm far from being a doctor, just my stupid gut feeling that it is maybe too fast and we're rushing him in?
They said Isco was not coming back for this season yet he came back and same for Jovic now. Something is put out to the media which is false.

Over at the Alfredo Di Stefano training ground, where Madrid now work and play while the Santiago Bernabeu is under re-construction, there is health and wealth. Thanks partly to new fitness coach Gregory Dupont, Madrid are sharper, more athletic, and blessed with better sporting stamina than their principal rivals. Liverpool -- all fire, brimstone, muscle, bristling sporting aggression, gigantic lungs and pumping quad muscles -- they are not. Yet Madrid not only possess a superior fitness guru to Barcelona, they have more footballers who understand the fact that the fitter you are, the more you can impose your technique and talent. Unlike in much of England's Premier League, power, stamina and acceleration aren't substitutes for wit, intelligence, strategy and brilliant techniques -- they are happy bedfellows. Zidane's squad, in one way, is bloated. The Frenchman didn't want, and didn't need, all of the 26 top class footballers he's used in La Liga so far. But sometimes you get lucky. The re-start policy change to allow a bigger squad, bigger bench and up to five subs has been like being tapped on the shoulder by your fairy godmother's wand. Never mind "I'll give you three wishes" ... "Give me five subs!" The most important being said is 'intelligence, strategy and brilliant techniques'
In 4 of the 5 games played so far since the return, we’ve used all 5 subs. We’ve used at least 21 players at some point in these games. God forbid a Madrid manager goes 1 game without using all of them in a tight match because then people will believe you don’t rotate at all.
