The proposed funding of the dead McKinney project

    IIRC, the money was from a county (Colin County) approved sales tax increase. So, if McKinney bailed on the project, could say the city of Plano use that money and build the stadium in their city?

    No. The Collin Co. money was not a part of it. It was from McKinney, the City, and McKinney, the City Development Corp., plus the school district. None of those sources are available to Plano.
