Havertz now Chelsea No.1 Striker?: https://www.90min.com/posts/kai-havertz-enjoying-responsibility-as-chelsea-starting-striker
Chelsea fans are running out of patience with kai. A slow start to the season for Kai who needs to start being more consistent.
He was expected to dominate at club and country level by now…if he hadn't scored those crucial goals, he would have been labeled as flop by now I am really concerned whether we will ever see the footballer in him that we all thought during his Leverkusen days
Something is missing for him to become an effective CF. Think he has the attributes and smartness but does not get it to work. Have a very good workrate though. But thats not enough. Could be partly due to Chelsea tactics and not fitting PL completly. would probably be better in some kind of Müller position.
Havertz has scored some important goals before and can be efficient in certain systems but I don't consider him as a bonafide striker. He's more of a trequartista. I think in Europe right now, the Belgian player Charles De Keteleare is kind of a younger and similar profile to him Back in his Leverkusen days, Havertz would often play behind someone like Volland

Havertz looks pretty frustrated on the pitch at the moment, getting into confrontations with opponents/referees more then actually producing much end product in matches. If Aubameyang signs will be interesting to see how Tuchel sets up.
Kai Havertz on his work rate:"In my position I always want to help the team. When I can help like this then I do this. I try to do the hard work as well. It worked. I just keep believing, work hard every day, the goals and assists will come."[via @ChelseaFC]— Absolute Chelsea (@AbsoluteChelsea) August 28, 2022
got so much shit for years for saying that Havertz is not a CF he really isn't. Doesn't think or move like one. so didn't convince so got shafted to Ws by Chelski. I fear that staying at Chelski could make his regress even more. Glad as frick Werner bailed.
Tuchel following in the trajectory of Mourinho. Becoming an fiery and enigmatic presence with his club, provocative to other managers, and playing a brand of archaic and unsmooth attacking football
Kai Havertz has yet to score or assist in five games this season. It's been 489 minutes since his last Premier League goal. pic.twitter.com/fnSfR6y05g— ESPN FC (@ESPNFC) August 30, 2022
Havertz was playing as a winger with Sterling playing CF. That does not excuse the performances though. Hopefully Bayern or Dortmund save him.
