Full quote: “It could have happened. It's what affected me the most. His Real Madrid was PSG. And indirectly, I took it away from him. He told me that he didn't want to stay, that it wasn't normal for them to do that to me. I told him: if you want to stay, I'll renew and we'll stay for a while. I would have given up my dream of Madrid for him. Ethan is my brother, you can't touch him. What's the point of signing for the best club in the world if you end your brother's career?” Absolutely disgusting. I will route against PSG as long as this scum runs that club.
The Girona was very good, from the run, the finish, all of it. If he starts moving like that the goals are going to come much easier.
If we win trophies.... absolutely, gotta win as much games as possible to win those, not just "big" games, all wins count, no two ways about that,
🚨 Kylian Mbappé: “I used to be in love with a woman, but not anymore. I hope to be in love, again.” @cliquetv— Madrid Xtra (@MadridXtra) December 8, 2024
Man, here's how I was thinking that I don't care about his whole PSG struggles at all, but THAT is even worse.
We didn't bend over backwards for Zidane and Modric for half a decade, nor did they make the team worse even when they were not at their best. Next.
Most cringe guy in football. Boohoo what about my poor brother. Boohoo will I ever love again. At least him paying his PR team a fortune for this trash makes Florentino paying him a fortune look less bad.
Different times. I’m fairly sure Perez would have dropped 200 million on zidane with 6 months on his contract in 2024. Mbappe isn’t making us worse, you’re twisting your own personal feelings towards him with reality. The whole team needs to run more (comparing with last season at least) that’s a start and something that has improved a bit over the last two games.
We added a player into the team that is rank bottom for defensive stats in la liga and CL, missing sitters for fun, cant stay onside, has been are worst player in biggest games this season so far and of he's 11 goals maybe 2 of them have been actually worth something other then stat padding, but he hasn't made us any worse ok... Its mind boggling the excuses and low standards some of you lot of have this guy.
Remains to be seen but seems good enough. Lille signed him to his first pro contract this season. Been injured. Only 17. Was called to the France U16s when he was 14 but hasn't been called up since. My opinion? Good enough to be a pro but not a big talent.
Family is everything, but let’s be honest—he would have asked about PSG before he joined, and he experienced PSG when he voluntarily renewed his contract. He was paid an enormous amount of money, and both he and his brother are professional footballers—roles many would give anything to have. And the female issues, that's life.
The majority, if not enterity of your time here is spent in this thread. He's practically living in your head.
To me it seems like everybody runs as much as they did the previous season. Including the player we acquired, who obviously runs the least of everyone. But the previous season we played better; this season we are even more disjointed and chaotic. What happened is Mbappe got added, he lowered the overall workrate, the attackers clash in space because of his presence, because he plays the same way as Vinicius and Rodrygo. Its funny to me that people here think someone hates Mbappe for no reason. Like I just got up from bed and randomly decided to shit on Mbappe today. Come on, the guy just gives you reasons for that on a daily basis
Not entirely true re his brother. In France, your first professional contract basically sets up your whole career. Ethan was in PSG's system in 2021 and was called up to France U16 in that year. If PSG wanted to, they could have destroyed his career very very easily in the youth system... and frankly would have done it based on subsequent events. They tried last year but he had enough equity built that another team wanted him (Lille signed him). He's not supremely talented to just show up anywhere. So it was a big consideration for the Mbappe family. Also, Ethan's dream club is PSG (or was) and he doesn't speak a lick of Spanish. So just asking him to move to Castilla at the age of 14-15 would likely cause a lot of problems in the future. Heck, it almost became a deal-breaker this past year. Ethan had to jump in and tell everyone that he's fine. Very clear that K Mbappe's first priority is his family.
I had my doubts from the beginning but I really didn't think he was so whiny and childish, now he's depressed and its because he thinks his brother was treated unfairly and the love of his life left him. Super drama queen incoming. I half expected lazy, slow, out of form and out of place Mbappe but I never knew about crybaby Mbappe. His brother probably would never had a contract with PSG if he joined Madrid the first time, so no surprise, and Madrid fans shouldn't give a damn about all these supposed "hardships" he suffered there. As to his lover GF, he probably got caught cheating with some Swedish spa masseuse.
Who knew that when Macron was talking about making French children sad that he was talking about Ethan?
