Re Rudy…he’ll obviously be held in contempt on Thursday. My question is why wouldn’t this be criminal contempt? Also…why wouldn’t hiding assets you’ve been ordered to turn over to the plaintiff now be theft….and given the value…felony theft? Those assets are Ruby’s with a “b” now.

And finally…in the unlikely attempt that Rudy had a reservation on Trump Escape Air…this kind of blows up the timing (and no I don’t think trump can successfully flee….anonymous people with money can flee…the guy currently tied for the most famous person on the planet…with a gaggle of federal agents at his side 24 hours a day…as well as cameras following him constantly…can’t flee.)
