"People who don't speak languages." = People who don't speak English.

"We have languages coming in to our country, nobody that speaks those languages." = People who speak languages that I don't understand are coming into the country.

"They're truly foreign languages." = Even Muslims who speak Arabic are coming into the country.

"Nobody speaks them." = Only English should be spoken because I don't understand anything else and have enough trouble with English as it is.
