    No...enemies of Alexander Hamilton wrote into the constitution a requirement that the president be born here.

    nope, a president has to be born an american citizen, naturalized citizens can not become president.

    He also won't turn 35 for 3 more years so even he was born in the US, he couldn't run for President in 2004 - a moot point, of course.
