Hey Marcho, The 92 English players that started in week 16 must be some kind of recent record. Any idea how far you have to go back to see that kind of number previously? Cheers
To be honest, I wouldn’t know where to look for matchday stats for what you’re asking unless anyone else knows where to look? Unfortunately, I’ve only been keeping records since the start of last season and the record number for one matchday ( matchday 30 ) from season 19/20 was 89 out of 220, 40.4% so matchday 15 from this current season beats that record. If I was to guess, it’s probably the best for 5 years at least or maybe longer.

Can you believe that RLC is 25 today? I had such high hopes for him all those years ago but sadly injuries curtailed the potential he had but maybe he can eventually get back into England territory but I doubt it now. I think a decent/good Premier League player will be his ceiling now.

Bizarre situation. Anyone know what's been going on? Is he still the player he looked like being, for that matter?
There have been a few cases with free agents recently where I thought them not agreeing deals might be a COVID thing. Clubs in a difficult financial position won't be throwing big money at anyone so maybe agents and players are taking the gamble on waiting it out for more money. For O'Reilly specifically though there are some interesting quotes in the BBC article: https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/55787384 Apparently he was training with MK Dons to keep his fitness up and enjoyed it so much he decided to hold out for a contract there.
Great goal from Omari Hutchinson in a big win against spurs yesterday. Omari is so dangerous playing from the right cutting in on his left foot. pic.twitter.com/UlHwdVJBr9— Next Generation Arsenal (@scoutingindoors) January 24, 2021

England youth player loans - Blackburn manager Tony Mowbray has 'persuaded' #ManCity that Taylor Harwood-Bellis will get game time at the club, with the 19-year-old set to join the Championship side on loan for their promotion bid.[via @reluctantnicko]— City Xtra (@City_Xtra) January 31, 2021 Wayne Rooney turns to Man United as Derby agree loan deal for defender Teden Mengi https://t.co/f4wZmSD2Rz— Mail Sport (@MailSport) January 31, 2021
Both good moves on the face of it, but is Mowbray really going to pick Branthwaite and Harwood-Bellis together? Fair play if he does, but I wouldn't be surprised if they end up fighting each other for minutes.
