Good game by the USA! This teenager Ricardo Pepi is good. He looks skinny but then I looked and he is only 18 years old! Several good performances. I continue to be impressed with the quality of Antonee Robinson, Dest had some nice plays, McKennie looked good, Weah, Musah, etc. Frustrating to watch Arriola. I've never been impressed with him, going all the way back to U20's in New Zealand. 2 - 0 GO USA!!!
Watched Spezia vs. Salernitana on Paramount. I finally found the Italian commentary, They do a much better job than the American or English guys... Two Nigerians get in on the score, Joel Obi assisted on Simy's beautiful goal in the 39th to put Salernitana up 0-1 at halftime... Then 20 year old David Strelec Slovakia national football team player tied it up for Spezia in the 51st minute with a full left footed volley.... Viktor Kovalenko scored the winniner in the 76th minute with a hard right foot from the top of the box..... Final score Spezia vs. Salernitana 2-1.....
