The trial has concluded and a ruling come come today or Monday, if the judges agree with the 9 point penalty it would take effect immediately. The FIGC really is a farce.

If the alleged "crime" is the same for all parties involved, why does Juve have to take a point penalty and the others don't?

Lol. Don't think it's gonna happen anyway.

The FIGC's attorney Chiné; "The penalty must be afflictive, Juventus in the standings must now finish behind Roma, outside the qualification places for European competitions."

The FIGC Court of Appeal reopens the capital gains trial ONLY for Juventus and its managers. All of the other clubs have been acquitted. FIGC is corrupt to its core.

Furthermore, the FIFC has deducted 15 points instead of the requested 9. what a farce Italy has become.

I can't believe its already a done deal.

Juventus were deducted fifteen points as punishment for capital gain violations.

Juve will be appealing the decision to CONI and possibly civilian courts too.

It's kind of funny how Juve is the only guilty party here, so uhh, who were they doing these transfers with then if nobody else is guilty???

CONI can only confirm the 15 point deduction or remove it altogether.

We have seen this movie before.

We will find out after the statute has run that everyone else was doing it too.

This is all about the Super League and you can bet UEFA has a hand in it too.

    Talk about a kangaroo court......

We should apply to play in the French League like Monaco does.

Or La Liga with our brethren in the Super League.

This is such a joke of a system…not just the way they evaluated and made a wacky decision, but what a complete arbitrary punishment.
    Deduct 15 points for what?
How do you exactly value that?
And where do they points go?
If we lose points, someone else should gain them otherwise the total points available will be unbalanced.

it’s literally a comical micky mouse court, similar to a dictatorship country. Even if you want to do such a huge punishment, at least let there be a review or a chance for a rebuttal or something.

there are tons of companies that get into legal trouble or do some shady shit but the employees or customers dont get punished. Just fine and ban the people who were at fault, why is the players and fans have to pay for it?

this is beyond embarrassing for Italy, ESPECIALLY in this day and age of mega million deals over random players.

F*ck the FIGC. F*ck Italian football. God damn, I hate the FIGC with a passion that will never die.

Again. They're doing this to us AGAIN. What they did to us last time was unprecedented, and what they're doing to us now is unprecedented.

I would say this is unf*ckingbelievable, but we've been through this charade before. This is why, for all its faults and difficulties, I support a Super League in whatever manifestation it make take.

FIFTEEN POINTS. I swear to God, if I had the chance I would burn their headquarters down. I haven't felt this way since 2006. I'm still not over it, I will never be over it, and this is only another added layer of contempt.

We will be back. We survived what they did to us in 2006, and came back stronger than they could have ever imagined. This club is bigger than Italian football. Italian football is nothing without Juventus.

    FORZA JUVENTUS. JUVENTUS PER SEMPRE.

There have been numerous cases of points deductions in England over the years, largely becuase of financial problems within the club. No other team is awarded points.

This has totally changed my view on a Super League, given I was on the fence before. When it does seem as if these punishments are being handed out arbitrarily or disproportionate to the offense committed, I'm all for telling the FIGC to ******** off and go elsewhere.

I can't believe this 15 point deduction will hold up on on appeal.
