Well, that felt awful. Besides Inchy not subbing early enough, I think I can safely say he didn't have his team ready for this tournament. Our decisions and passing in the middle are woefully off. Anyone else really starting to worry about Miller and his hands?
Heath can't help himself. https://www.mlssoccer.com/post/2020...rew-matchup-everybodys-crowned-them-champions

News: #MNUFC attacking midfielder Kevin Molino (hamstring) trained Sunday, and barring a setback, he will be available to play #Crew96 in #MLSisBack Tournament on Tuesday, coach Adrian Heath said.— Andy Greder (@andygreder) July 26, 2020

Per #MNUFC head coach Adrian Heath, Thomás Chacón has a slight calf strain. He and Romain Métanire are the only two "doubts" for Thursday's semifinal.Heath said the club won't play the right back if there's any question about his leg. Kevin Molino fully back in training now.— Jeff Rueter (@jeffrueter) August 3, 2020
Kickoff will definitely be delayed. There is still lightning within a 10 mile radius of the @ESPNWWOS. Teams have yet to leave the hotel. Everyone on standby. https://t.co/ind0UJcetC— Stefano Fusaro (@S_Fusaro) August 6, 2020
#MNUFC winger Robin Lod took a "bad bang," has a swollen shin and didn't train Wednesday with the main group, coach Adrian Heath said. Plus, midfielder Jacori Hayes has a "slight pull," Heath said. He called them both game-time decisions for Friday night's game vs. #SportingKC— Andy Greder (@andygreder) August 19, 2020
If last night doesn't convince Heath that Robin Lod should never start a match for this team again, I don't know what to tell you.
As much as I want to applaud heath for making drastic subs at half time, this was the team he watched all week and sent out in the first 45. Our offense still looks like anything that happens is by accident and not by design. No real connection in midfield to final third.
News bit: #MNUFC midfielder Thomas Chacon picked up a knock and won’t be in game-day roster vs. Houston Dynamo on Wednesday. The presence of Lod makes it not different enough. Since the window is still open, can we trade him to Miami for a bag of balls, a box of orange slices, and an autographed photo pf David Beckham?
Man, we are bad again. We are pretty horrible without Ike and Ozzie. 1) We really should be starting DSC, as Ranjitsingh is not giving much as starting gk. Mediocre shot stopper and not very good distribution. 2) Chase offers very little going forward and looked pretty tired. I called the third goal when I saw the Houston subs. I knew they were going to torch him on the wing. 3) As much as I anted it, I don't think Dotson is going to be Ozzie's replacement. More of a box to box/8-ish player. That met Gregus had to sit deeper, which was pretty abysmal. 4) We have NO offense. (Said before) Anything that happens in the final third seems to be by accident. Liked Toye's off the ball running for the first part of the game. 5) (Very depressing) Forwards go to MNUFC to die. Amarilla should not be first choice at the moment. Maybe gets better service with Reynoso? 6) Lod is so awful, I thought he was going to score. (Yep, you read that right) 7) Backline? What's the point? Man, Dibassy better be half of what we have built him up in our heads to be. 8) #heathout
I don't think Ike Opara is going to be available this season. Heath on video call re: getting @ikeopara back yet this season: "We’re hopeful. At the moment, we got no immediate thoughts of playing him in next couple weeks. We’re hopeful at some stage he will, but it is day to day, week to week. Theres not an awful lot I can expand on that."— Jerry Zgoda (@JerryZgoda) September 4, 2020
