    Rice goes off, Bellingham / drops into midfield and not surprisingly England have a garbage start to the half.

    So Tuchel eventually changes it by .... playing injured right-back James in central midfield instead. Still no control of the game from England.

    All the while Mainoo is right there on the bench with 0 minutes the whole tournament ...
