I heard that the bridge has been designated as an away drinking hole for Blackpool games is this true?

It didn't used to be, but I think it has changed now and allows away fans in. Like everywhere there are definite no-go pubs for away fans - but those tend to be in the suburbs where away fans never visit anyway. There are a couple close to the ground which do not welcome away fans but again they are in areas where away fans wouldn't venture.

This being Blackpool of course, there are also masses of pubs and venues along the prom where no self-respecting local would ever venture anyway so away fans can go where they want LOL.

The Manchester pub is often used by away fans as it is close by and on the prom!

Which reminds me, Rochdale vs FC United on ESPN on Friday :D
