Even if Mexico improves in youth development, they aren't guaranteed a guy like Mbappe who is the best player in the world now. He just broke the goals scored in a WC finals at 23, he's on a better pace than anybody ever.

If Piojo Alvarado would’ve been the jump to Europe early, he could’ve been Mbappé level.

Too bad Argentina won but, they made the plays that counted and they will go down in history as champions. No one can ever take that away from them.

Now we wait and stay tuned to the developments over the next 3.5 years. Will Mexico finally get a coach that can maximize the strengths of the Mexican player? Who will emerge to capture the hearts and minds of the public. Much will happen, and much will still the same.

The worst part about Argentina winning the WC besides such an unlikeable team and fanbase being rewarded with the ultimate prize, is that right now Tata is sitting back and counting the millions he earned for not getting out of the group stage while also basking in the glory of his country winning. Enjoy, asshole... Shit's a joke.

From Mexicanos al mundial Facebook group:

    Conclusiones Mundialistas:

I said I wasn't going to waste any energy with this world cup and steer clear of watching, but it's hard to do when everyone else at work becomes soccer fans and they put the games on TV in your work area. My take away from this WC is this

    1. The professional version of Association Football is rigged and corrupted to the core. It's getting more and more obvious we're watching something akin WWE or NFL with predetermined outcomes with the use and non-use of VAR and these questionably accurate dummy graphics. Every group had their machinations like South Korea/Spain ball over end line which resulted in S Korea goal, but specifically in Group C it was also clear manipulation was present. A Saudi Arabia win against Argentina was manufactured with the use of VAR on the first disallowed Argentina goal, Poland penalty against Mexico which Ochoa blocked was very soft and called much later after the fact yet a few minutes later the same amount of contact against Mexican attacker in penalty area did not warrant use of VAR by some unknown standard and lastly questionably disallowing a goal in Mexico v Saudi Arabia for Mexico to make it 3-0 by supposedly clear evidence taken from a furthest video footage angle possible. We shouldn't invest so much time and emotional energy on this version of the game and focus more meaningful grassroots like actually playing it with friends and family for better enjoyment and health.

    (Not as important observations)
    2. Certain Mexico players on attack hold on to ball with too many touches instead of sending ball up and into goal area/goalkeeper box for chance to connect with teammates foot or head and giving any defense they face more time to set in place for situation and reducing effectivity of positive outcome of attack. Some Mexico attacking players have and perhaps always will have a reluctance to shoot on goal on their first touch and prefer to control ball then shoot and in doing so give any defense they face more time to close in on them and block their open angles and goalkeeper more time to set in place. They change coaches from here until forever, but if those traits remain it's an steep uphill road.

For those interested, I saw this video a few years ago when I lived in South America and travelled back/forth between Uruguay/Argentina. I first hand saw and lived fútbol down there. I ain’t hating although they will for sure bring up “cuantas copas tenes?”.

Lookup Argentina y su fábrica de fútbol on YouTube. It won’t let me add the video on here.

At this pace and rhythm with a Liga MX/MLS sh1t fusión and no eliminatorias nor any other age limit international tournaments since Mexico was eliminated from all of them, the only thing we can expect for 2026 with the MLS currently being (and for the foreseeable future) Mexican fútbol’s reference point is MLS results on a world stage.

Because it's totally crazy to say that Mexico went out because of refs or that it was rigged in a WWF style. Why would FIFA want Mexico gone so Poland can go thru? Why would they want Saudi Arabia gone? It's like all this insane Anti VAR things about how it's ruining football when people forget how CONSTANTLY the game was filled with terrible calls before it that get corrected week in and week out with VAR.

Del Palacio just talked about it to disprove it about the WC final which you could see it and now we have people going bigger with Group C being rigged? The constant conspiracy thinking isn't good especially for Mexico and just society in general.

The thing we have accept is the most unstable South American economy with most toxic fan base and people won another world cup who I wanted to win because of the least toxic Spaniard raised who turned into the most likable character and gave them an open expression for their failing state amd family and economy a boost for the next 3 months, thay have no global status they have no economic future but can still state they are superior in sport.

Their toxicity is rampant in their DNA trust me I have them as cousins, they will never admit that they were wrong female cousins have been divorced multiple times the dudes fixate on the 80s and finals, they are toxic they hate each other but if messi wasn't raised in Europe they'd never have this. They are that Martinez ******** personified they are cunts shit houser ************s and deserve no respect because they will always feel superior to everyone who speaks Spanish

But messi is different and I wanted him a rare quiet Argentine humble to win for him, now they can beg for citizenship in Mexico in the next decade when they become Venezuela, they are insufferable for no reason other than they can play better ball they know they have no impact in international relevance and possibly beco,e a failed state so give that to them.
