Back in the day, Q’s alter ego had a non-mascot side hustle with the Sharks (because the Quakes pay so well). He carried a Sharks employee discount card which was accepted at Stanley’s Sports Bar at Sharks Ice. At least a couple times we sat at the bar and watched pointy ball. Stanley’s used to be the only place in San Jose you could order Tim Horton’s coffee.
Judging by her hat, her sleeve-less jacket, her pants and what she’s holding in her left hand, it’s clear that this lady is also a Q fan. GO SAN JOSE EARTHQUAKES!!! -G P.S. = Q and Krazy George in the same shot.
I don't know the current inhabitant of Q, but the first guy was fun to hang around with. He was a marine and (as almost everybody who works for the Quakes is) going for a sports-business degree.
Regarding Q’s intracity NHL compatriot : “S.J. Sharkie named to the Mascot Hall of Fame” (SJSharks.com - Tuesday, 6/17/25) GO SAN JOSE EARTHQUAKES!!! -G

Perhaps he’ll be inducted during next year’s National Mascot Day on June 17th alongside Q (who’d be MLS’s first inductee). As for this year’s induction announcement on ABC’s Good Morning America (GMA) this last Tuesday: And in case you were wondering how GMA’s own mascot came to be last year: GO SAN JOSE EARTHQUAKES!!! -G
