One of my favorite breweries. I have been to their beer festival twice. Amazing times. On a side note, when I saw the thread, I thought that meant you were hired by the Quakes. Disappointed that it's just another thread from a demented Quakes fan.
They should hire me to do all positions. We would be at the very least be in 12th place. That beer is the best tasting beer I've ever had, but once it gets even a hint of warm, its the worst beer I've ever tasted, this includes Busch Light, Keystone Light and Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. I'm 1000% ok with being demented. At least I have some sort of credentials and paper work HAHAHAHA
E-Mail I sent this morning with my displeasures. Leitch, I am writing to express my deep concern and dissatisfaction regarding the San Jose Earthquakes under the coaching of Luchi Gonzalez. As a loyal fan and supporter of the team, I am pissed the f*ck off by the consistent lack of results and the absence of stability in the lineup and game preparations weekly which ultimately reflects poorly on the overall performance of the team. Losing to the Galaxy in the home opener should be embarrassing by all accounts. It is evident that under Luchi Gonzalez's coaching tenure, San Jose Earthquakes have struggled to release a competitiveness and consistency on the field. The team's recent performances have been disappointing, and it is clear that significant improvements are needed to reinforce the teams stability. This doesn't include budeting the roster better but identifying talent that fits a parameter that your not finding on a video games free agency pool. This teams bull shit and you know it. You've been here over a decade and should know the inner workings of the league now, to precisely build a roster under the budget given to you by Shawlee and Fisher. As the General Manager, it is your responsibility to ensure that the team is equipped with the necessary resources, strategies, and coaching staff to succeed. However, it is evident that there have been shortcomings in this regard, leading to a decline in the team's performance and morale. I would suggest you give a state of the team address like many other General Managers do. They're door is open to fans, they give weekly up dates and keep a healthy relationship with the fans, supporters, media and sponsors. You and I have had many long conversations, and you've valued my word and helped me get into the USSF licensing course and connected me to RSL and Charlotte through your various connections. I want to know why you didn't not put effort into securing Daniel Musovski in free agency when you, yourself told me that he would be a top priority. How did you allow a conference rival (Seattle Sounders) snag him up? My other question is, with the current budget restraints we have, after selling off Cade Cowell with the 4 million, why couldn't you secure a deal with Carlos Vela, Daniel Rios and others? This has consistently been an issue under previous administrations and now yours. I urge you to take immediate action to address these issues and bring about positive changes that will benefit the team and its supporters. This may include evaluating the coaching staff, implementing a more structured and effective lineup strategy, and making necessary personnel adjustments to strengthen the team's competitiveness. You're quickly losing the support of fans who are already starting to call for your job. Prove them/us/me wrong. As a passionate fan of San Jose Earthquakes, and doing what I was advised by you to do, finish my USSF course and talk to you again. Please do what is right for this club and reassess the entire situation. Their is still time to rectify the situation before we end up in a very catastrophic hole we can't get out of until 2025. Thank you for your attention to this matte
