Hopefully it'll more of a positive out-of-nowhere situation like the San Francisco Giants going into the 2010 MLB season, the San Francisco 49ers going into the 2011 NFL season and the San Jose Earthquakes going into the 2012 MLS season (as well as the San Jose Sharks when they started their current run of NHL success over a decade ago). ;)

The rich get richer. Hate to say it, but this deal isn't actually a bad thing for us as a team with realistic aspirations for one of the lower playoff seeds. You knew the Lakers would be in the playoffs anyway so Howard going there and Bynum going to the East doesn't change much. I'm actually glad he didn't go to the Rockets.

GSW has a better chance of getting CP3.

    Nonetheless... still.... **** us hehe.
I hope we meet in the playoffs.

Nah, Paul will force the Clippers hand and they'll end up trading him for Nash. You'll see.

CP3 has to be out of the equation now. We stuck with Curry and his bad ankles through last season. We still might have to end up giving up on him but should that happen it shouldn't be for a year-older Paul and his bad knees.

The Warriors -without Stephen Curry and Andrew Bogut- beat the Lakers -without Dwight Howard- 110-83. Harrison Barnes and Klay Thompson looked very good.

Hopefully both Stephen Curry and Andrew Bogut will be ready by Opening Day at the latest.

IIRC, the Dubs didn't lose a game during Summer League and are currently 2 - 0 in preseason.

    Just sayin'.

I think it is quite accurate that it mostly foggy, even in the middle summer, and never sunny in SF.

For better or for worse (sometimes both), SF weather seems to be in a totally different world from the rest of the Bay Area's weather.

The final preseason game (against the visiting Phoenix Suns) will be broadcast live today on CSN Bay Area HD.
